I feel scammed...
I didn't want to activate my simcard.
Suddenly 2 months later I have to pay for something I didn't want and I didn't use...

Terrible Initial Experience

Signed up on Black Friday for a fiber deal. Company now wants to charge for installation, despite free activation on ad. Additionally, installation of the OTO hookup was promised as free by agent during sign-up call, and no price being listed on the T&Cs.
Chat support is performed by AI, not a human agent. There are no contact emails. Cancellation by registered mail is refused, instead, it must be over chat or a phone call (which is unreachable).
Will probably cancel the contract before it even begins.

Router needs to be restarted each time…

Router needs to be restarted each time I want to access it at all. very annoying. I opened 3 tickets since October and have never received an answer except the confirmation that the ticket is opened. 17123541 is one example.
Horrible support given the experience.

Also Livechat is actually not livechat ( even during opening hours) you can't get in touch with a human. it's a dumbed down ai bot that can't help more than telling you to reboot your router.

Please stay away from Yallo Sunrise…

Please stay away from Yallo Sunrise umbrella company

I switched from Sunrise to Yallo, and the experience was extremely poor. Only my mobile phone line was cancelled, while my home internet with Sunrise continued, which resulted in me paying six additional months of Sunrise internet without realizing it.

On top of that, I was trapped in a two-year Yallo subscription. In the end, I paid the full remaining contract just to get out of this situation. It was expensive, but honestly, my mental health was worth more than the money, as dealing repeatedly with customer service became unbearable.

Both companies are under the same corporate umbrella, which makes the lack of coordination even more disappointing.

As a result of this chaos, my son was left without a working TCL watch connection, despite countless calls to customer service. Each call was long, cost CHF 1.50 per call, and consumed almost a full week of my working time, with no effective resolution.

Overall: poor service, poor customer support, and unnecessary stress and costs for the customer. I would not recommend Yallo.

Impossible to activate home internet ?

I had several attempts to reach customer service and tried to solve my problem via chat. The persons online are friendly but spite of many calls and chat Tickets the problem of internet activation stays unsolved. Each call costs €. Tickets are not trackable. Dramatically bad system that must be horrible both to customer service employees and customers. Yallo please reflect on what you are doing.

WORST f'ing company in the world

The WORST f'ing phone company on the planet. They will try to squeeze every single cent out of you. Do yourself a favour and choose a different company, literally any company. Not only will they add in secret conditions into your contract that aren't shown online (minimum 3 year contract length, 50CHF additional sign up charge, revoke the possibility to call abroad at all, etc.), they will also not answer the phone when you reach customer support, or flat out refuse to help you. This company will make you loose your faith in humanity. Stay clear.

Urgent: Refusing cancellation for customer moving abroad

I moved out of Switzerland permanently in May 2025. I have tried to cancel my contract multiple times via your support chat and contact forms, but my requests were ignored. Now your support is forcing me to call a 08xx hotline, which is technically impossible to reach from abroad!

You are trapping me in a contract I cannot use, while sending me bills.

I demand an immediate retroactive cancellation. If this is not resolved within 24 hours, I am filing an official complaint with Ombudscom regarding unfair billing practices.

My details have been sent via Facebook Messenger as well. Please check and resolve.

number transfer

In general to works, i can call, i got internet connection but... In March 2025 I started process of transfering my ex wife number to her account. Until May 2025 ALL demanded documents were sent 5-6 times each (their forms, IDs etc.). In May i was charged for transfer. Sent all docs and forms again. In August I was charged AGAIN for transfer. Process finished DECEMBER 1st. All in all 9 months and no really comment on this.

I would leave -5 stars if I could

I would leave -5 stars if I could! I can confirm all of the other complaints: billing is very intransparent, you have to pay CHF 1.50 for every call (you have to call several times and your issue is still not solved), no email address or other means to contact them. If I had not been obliged to sign up for 24 months I would have cancelled my subscription after a few months already.

Scam!!!

Scam!!!! Do not sign up. I opened an account with Yallo and selected a subscription. Before purchasing I requested, via chat, that my subscription be changed as I selected the incorrect one and was unable to change it. Instead of changing the package, they added a second package without my consent! I contacted via customer service to remove the unwanted package and leave the one I wanted, however I can never get through or my request has been ignored. Due to this, I requested via chat and through customer service to completely cancel my subscription/account but it has also been ignored. I have never availed of either subscription yet Yallo has been sending me bills.

Would be 0 stars if possible only redeeming quality is the price, but their billing department is a mess they are trying to bill me for the third time for a payment I already made dont coordinate anything amongst themselves, maximally incompetent customer service. They should be investigated, because this feels like a large scale fraud to maximize made up late fee requests.

Decided to cancel

If internet and TV worked as well as their customer service, maybe I would still be with them, just passed half an hour on the phone with an operator trying to convince me not to cancel.Given the price you adapt to some problems with the connection but after some days without any connection and no contact from yallo to solve the problem, I prefer switching to another provider even if this means being charged 2 months for a non existing connection.
