Still being charged for cancelled service 1 YEAR LATER

I had subscribed to a home Wi-Fi service and data package for my phone. Unfortunately the Wi-Fi was not compatible with my home so I had to end the service. However, the data for my phone was working decently. Later on, I also cancelled my data plan with Yallo. 1 YEAR LATER, they are still sending me bills. During this period I called at least 6 times about the bills, however they always said my service has not been cancelled (despite me requesting a cancellation multiple times). In terms of service, Yallo has to be the least professional service provider I’ve come across globally and there is evidentially a lack of coordination between the departments.

Since October 2025 slow internet speed…

Since October 2025 slow internet speed on both cable and fiber. It has been constantly decreasing. The customer support is non-existent. You will need to chat with a bot for 5 min for them to create a ticket. Then you got a reply that you have to call. When you call them, the first-level agents promise you to solve everything and a call back, then nothing happens anymore.

Unbelievably terrible connection

Unbelievably terrible connection. Even at home with fibre optic WiFi. You don’t want to be stuck on a mountain with your Yallo phone. You’ll be there for a while…..
I always have to hotspot from a Swisscom phone to get service.

If you ever believe you will need any…

If you ever believe you will need any sort of support stay away from them.

Any sort of support is only possible in useless bots or over paid landlines (not the standard free numbers).
Also they don't even reply on the weekends... It's a joke of a company but it's as bad as salt, sunrise and most of the other crap networks they are all the same crap

Yallo = Absolute nightmare!

Yallo is an Absolute nightmare!
I put one star as there is no way to not give no star at all.
I have a XXL contract which allows datas and phone call from abroad.
Yet, THIS HAS NEVER WORKED!
WORST, they are now billing me hundreds of CHF for ROAMING used in a country inyo which the unlimited data applies.
I really wished I have never taken a contract with them.

Awful customer support - don't do it

Awful. I wanted to keep the phone number that I had in my previous company. Filled out the form, they sent it back, and asked for someone from my ex-company to sign it since it was a B2C contract. All good! Makes sense. Got the CEO signing the form, not enough, they sent it back again asking for the company stamp. I explained that the company doesn't have a stamp, and the CEO signed the form anyway (should be enough). They said okay, that's good enough. It wasn't. 1 week later, they sent the form again to fill out with the company stamp. This process of sending me the form lasted 3 weeks,+ 20 emails, 2 calls, and 0 solutions. I decided that if they can't do a contract with that number, I'm not interested in the service, and after this 1st experience, I don't want anything with Yallo. I had to pay 100 CHF to cancel a contract that never happened as an "early
cancellation". I felt I was talking to humans who only want to close the tickets, no actual solutions or critical thinking, unless I called. Waste of time, money and brain cells.

Stay away from this provider

This provider is purposely making it difficult to quit their service without paying money with a call.
Their chatbot was suggested as a viable way to end my contract with as one of the options was to click quitting/ending contract.

After a long discussion the chatbot claimed this was a more complicated issue and asked for my information and email to write me a ticket. Once they reached back to me they claimed they could not solve this via email but needed to do it via the chat or call again!

This experience happened twice as the first time I had the chatbot write a ticket they just never got back to me and the second time they just said it couldn't be solved via email.

I have screenshots of all this and will continue trying to quit this service as I have literally moved out of Switzerland and have NO use for this service.

I'm exhausted and rarely leave bad reviews but this one was very well deserved.

Customer Service is terrible.

Customer Service is terrible.
I tried to contact them regarding VOLTE. I wrote a detailed description on the chat but then the agent just ignored me and later asked again the same questions I had. The customer service of yallo is extremely terrible. The case is still not solved.

Most frustrating experience with their customer non service

Most frustrating experience with their non-existing customer service. Took me now days to cancel all my subscriptions and I paid close to chf 1000 to cancel my contract which was still valid for nearly 2 yers. Simply couldn’t stand it anymore to try to deal with them. Went to one of their shop to cancel my subscriptions but was told this can be only via phone. But the contact number for cancellation isn’t on geheiratet website und only available by calling the normal hotline first. Stay away from this provider. It isn’t worth the cheap rates.

9 months to conclude my cancellation (and still ongoing)

After much frustration, I finally have to start writing reviews here. If you are considering Yallo, be aware that their customer service is *extremely* poor.

It has been 9 months since I first started the process of cancelling my abonnement (0002101478) with them. I was leaving Switzerland and called Yallo within the required notice period to cancel my contract. This process can only be done by phone. They confirmed that the termination would be processed, but since then I have had to call, chat, and send countless emails for ********9 months*******, because Yallo never concluded the cancellation on their side and kept generating bills, despite having them on the phone every month.

What makes it worse:
a) None of my follow-ups received any effective resolution.
b) Their agents repeatedly confirmed that the cancellation was done back in January, yet the system kept charging me.
c) Only last month was the contract finally cancelled — 8 months later.
d) Now they are asking me to pay unblocking fees for invoices that should never have existed.
e) Despite all this, they still call me to offer new products!!

During our calls, Yallo's agents acknowledged that I had paid all bills due under the cancellation period. Therefore, I am not paying for additional invoices, nor for the unblocking fee.

The amount of time and energy wasted on this situation is unimaginable. This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had, and I strongly advise you not to contract with Yallo.

Every second month I get an invoice with another amount. I have to call them at least three times for the invoice to be corrected, because usually the first times they tell me they will call me back, but it never happens.

Stay away, never worse choice was made

Absolutely outrageus customer support and unbelievable connectivity issue.

When using cable, yallo has been a nightmare. they forced me to use their modem, cut me out of modem mode to use my own infrastructure and made every second of this connectivity terrible.
Very evident network issues and customer support could never help me and even worse has been rude to me many times.

MONTHS, LITERALLY MONTHS of calls to try and get this service cancelled, today was finally thr day I broke the cains with this outrageous service.

To add to the injury, after a thunderstorm my modem was managed. they sent a replacement and the replacement was never able to connect to their infrastructure, absolute clowns.

I haven't written anything here this is my very first time. BUT FFS that company is trash. If you have the opportunity to not switch pay the 20 quid a month on top - i'd even say pay 100 a month it's worth not having to deal with these clown...

Yallo is by far the worst phone service…

Yallo is by far the worst phone service I’ve ever used.
If you don’t have a Swiss bank account, it’s almost impossible to pay bills without incurring extra charges. The only alternative is paying at the post office, which adds additional fees. If you happen to be abroad and can’t go to the post office, they pile on dunning fees. The system is unfair, outdated, and deliberately inconvenient. Avoid this provider at all costs.

Suddenly they charged me x 3 times the original price with no reason. I called them and they said it was a problem that happened to thousands of customers.

The service was rude and arrogant.

HOW can you suddenly just bill your client with more than x 3 times the amount and out of the blue change my subscription.

Terrible support

Terrible support. Since 10 July 2025 no proper response. Chat only creates tickets, and the only answer I get is “contact chat or call” – both useless. Feels like being forced to keep two numbers I don’t want. Cancel option doesn’t work. Extremely frustrating – I regret switching to Yallo.
