I have never recieved my purchase and no one will respond to emails or answer the phone about the order

I ordered a Shark Navigator Vacuum for my wife. They sent an acknowledgement, but no tracking information.
I contacted customer service twice, and then found a phone number, in Austin, Texas. Called and got recording, not anything professional, and left message.
This has been my worst experience ever, buying from the internet.
NGUYEN DINH HOANG is a fraud!

Total SCAM. They charged my card but never shipped the product. I did receive a confirmation email but nothing further. I've received no response to my several email inquiries and there's a weird message on their customer service line that says: "you've reached your best friend's house, please leave a message." I contacted PayPal to dispute this and also my credit card company. Beware of clicking on any links in the emails you receive from Yame Tools as this may be a phishing scam as well.

I bought 2 USB hard-drive from the early days of this YAMEtools and the
service is fanstastic, fast response with follow up emails for notifications but the two hard-drive were sent to me from 2 differenc sources. .
I read others bad reviews and I think if you lost your $ then you still can complaint with your bank your paypal etc and sure you have all the right to write a bad review. What I think this YAMEtools is a middle-man to take the orders and dispatch other middle-man or 2nd or 3rd parties if merchandise is available then ship item from that source because this YAMEtools do not have items at hands or so. To me, as long as the YAMEtools is not cheating buyers's money is OK to me even if items is out of stock then YAMEtools have to refund the $ to buyers and I hope those who make bad reviews in TrustPilot did not make a fault or fake claims in bad reviews. I try not to use my real name/account for this post which I used it to buy those 2 USB hard-drive because of my own privacy/security and as the YAMEtools had sent an email to me asking to make a review either good or bad with my own experience on then/YAMEtools long ago. Absolutely horrible! don't waste you're time !! All a scam

Sad to see these poor reviews because my experience was an amazing almost nauseous of service to please. I ordered a Shark vacuum and the price couldn't be beat, I didn't trust it even but sure enough it arrived brand new as expected, (works fantastic btw) and from the first ordering, the emails telling me the status began and another upon delivery asking if I received it "..and if not to click here". I will always look to this company for future shopping because of the FAST (I think 3 days total?) and excellent service given. Maybe they are under new management of some kind or simply they got whatever was in their way, out. I applaud YAME TOOLS and THANKS

This company is definitely a scam. I purchased an item weeks ago and now I can't get anyone to answer my emails and when I call it is some strange voicemail. Do not purchase anything from this company, they are not a real retailer.

I went through follow up with yame tools . Instead of 7 days , i received instant pot in 10 days . I liked the idea of this site .It is obvious to have some glitches but would be future concept of shopping . It can deliver way cheaper than any internet shop. Yame tools using shopify infra and paypal for payments . It lacks on communication response . I got it ..need to have AI tool to respond .....Operate on pay to use infra including communication .It appears to be new startup .
I see product shipped directly from Instant pot manufacturer. I received the brand new Instant pot ultra 6 with dial nob. I will buy again.

This site is a scam.
Says they have the merchandise to sell when in fact they do not. The uses someone else's credit card to buy the Merchandise from a Legitimate seller .

I order a Samsung blue ray player for $39.99 free shipping.Cheaper than any other company selling these. So after ordering it I looked up the reviews of this company and freaked out on all the bad reviews. People writing that Yame is a scam. So I thought I got scam too. I order the player on a Saturday and receive it on a Wednesday. It came nicely packed and brand new and works great. Yame tools I will buy from you guys again!!!!!

I wish I could give them NO STARS. I bought a vacuum cleaner for my daughter. When I saw where it was coming from, Viet Nam, I thought...hhmmmm far away, but we are a global economy so I went ahead and called PayPal to verify, and they assured me the company was legit. Well guess what? IT IS NOT!!! UPS sent me a fake tracking #, which "YAME" provided them and 2 weeks after confirmation and payment, they said the sender asked to have it sent back. No vacuum, no refund as of yet. Taking it to PayPal who I hope will resolve.

DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM YAME.THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

Never shipped pressure washer yet charged my credit card. Never sent any information regarding shipping and no way to contact them.

Took my money (thankfully used PayPal)

They put a false address on the UPS system but kept my real address on their website so looks like its UPS's fault.

its been over a month since i bought a Cuisinart CPC-600 Pressure Cooker - 1000W - 6 qt - Brushed Stainless Steel × 1 for 49.99 from this site yet i have not received it. i have emailed and received scam email claiming the item is no longer in stock. i requested for a refund weeks ago and never heard back from them. Please be ware, an investigation is also being launched on this fake site.

Think thrice before buying from this company. It is a scam.

I ordered a pressure washer from them on June 18, 2017. Aside from a auto-reply email confirming the order, I did not here from them for two weeks; and only after I sent them an email inquiring about my order on June 30, 2017 that I received a short email from a guy by the name of Noushald Natchanna telling me that the product was out of stock. Here is the exact content of the email:

...nothing happened.

Two weeks later, on July 14, I shot them another email requesting a status update on my order. Silence is what I heard from them. Basically, they ignored my email. Today is the 22nd of July, I still hear absolutely nothing from Yame Tools.

I will certainly file a complain with the BBB; and I am sending them another email in the next few days before initiating a request for refund with Pay Pal as well as filing a complain with BBB.

I will keep you posted on the progress of this issue.

In the meantime, please save yourselves from troubles by staying away from purchasing from Yame Tools.

An update - August 6, 2017

Up until this date, Yame Tools remains mute on my order, not a word from them nor a sight of the merchandise.

I have filed a claim with Pay Pal. They are contacting Yame Tools on my behalf. I am waiting to hear back from Pay Pal

I believe this to be a scammer. I bought an item July 2nd - on July 7th I emailed for an update on the order and received a response 2 days later saying it is in processing. I then get a email from FedEx (I am a customer of theirs) saying I have a package coming to me. It goes out for delivery today to only see the status be changed to "Refused by recipient - Order canceled". I wasn't even home to refuse the package. I called Fed Ex - they can't help me. I call buydig.com as they are shown as the shipper on the FedEx shipment - they shipped the order thru a Sears order. I call Sears and they are unable to help me and ask I call buydig.com. I try to call YAME and get a childish voice to text program. I have emailed them but do not expect a response for two days - all while my item is locked in the hands of FedEx who is unwilling to release the product to me.
I have no idea how to even request a refund at this point!

Don't buy from this company unless you don't care if you receive your item timely. I ordered and paid via PayPal on July 1 for an item. I received an acknowledgement of my order but now it is July 11th and they still have not shipped my item or provided any update that my item was out of stock or delayed or anything. I assume they don't do that because they know people would just cancel their order. I emailed them and called their customer service # twice. So now I had to file a claim with PayPal to get a refund.

Filed a claim with PayPal for a refund. 2 days later I got an email from the company saying item was out of stock they could ship when it came back in stock or provide a refund. I said please provide a refund. They did not refund my $ so luckily I had filed the PayPal claim. PayPal gave them like 2 weeks for the company to come through which they did not. So I did end up getting a refund from PayPal.

I was a little hesitant to order from this company given the reviews posted here, but I found it to be a good experience. My order was shipped within 24 hours (they say usually takes 48), shipped FedEx Ground, received in 4 days. Yame Tools sent several Email updates notifying of shipment, potential delivery, and actual delivery. Item was brand new in factory packaging. I would definitely order from them again.
