I'd like to give Yame 4.5 stars but …

I'd like to give Yame 4.5 stars but that's not an option. I was nervous buying from a company I knew nothing about and one with not much history or reviews. I decided to take a chance and save $26 on a pressure washer that Amazon had for that much more. Next up was Lowes and after them the price just keep going up and up. The pressure washer arrived today in not quick or slow time. My issue was the several days nothing was shown on my order in the way of shipping updates for several days. That might have been more to do with FedEX than Yame. Hey Yame, ship via the USPS-they kick FedEX's behind in speed and tracking info. So I do recommend you consider Yame because they saved me about 20% over the nearest competitor.

DO NOT buy from them

DO NOT buy from them. They did not ship me the right product and after returning back the product, they are not refunding the money. There has been no response to any of my emails and calls. It is not a trust worthy company to make online purchase.

Last week I received the Electric …

Last week I received the Electric Power/pressure washer-Pressure Joe 2030 PSI for 109.99 with free shipping. It was shipped Priority Mail & received within 3 days due to the weekend by Federal Express. I would definitely buy from this company again. I am a 82 year old female who is very active. The next day I started Power washing the deck on the house at the beach, & especially the 12 steps leading up to it. This machine is so easy to use. It did a great job, but all that water sure makes a mess on the ground. This machine does a better job than my old gas one. I did attach a brass quick connect to the water inlet valve to attach the hose quicker & that worked fine. The deck hadn't been cleaned in about 5 years so had in places green mold. The machine cleaned it off lickity split. I also did all the white vinyl railing. That only took about 2 minutes & it looks like new. I can't say how this machine will hold up as it is to early in this review for that. I highly recommended this company & this product.

They need to work on couple things

Item as advertsed came after 10 days from placing order, since then nothing- no tracking, no status changed, tried call many times- no answer! I was scepticall that website was a scam. overall its ok. Be prepare for those thing

Its over a week since I ordered …

Its over a week since I ordered received conformation sent a email received reply would be shipped this week didn't happened. No good way to contact them made a case with pay pal will not do business with them again.
