Subject: Disappointed with Lack of Small Bowls and Inconvenience of Website

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent experience trying to purchase bowls from your company. I must say that the recent experience has left me feeling frustrated and disheartened.
I recently visited your website with the intention of purchasing a set of small personalised bowls for my two Westies. However, to my dismay, I discovered that there were no size small bowls available in stock. This was highly disappointing.
To make matters worse, I found the process of trying to identify which sizes were available to be incredibly frustrating. Your website does not allow customers to filter products by size, meaning that I had to click on each individual bowl to check its size. This not only wasted a significant amount of my time, but it also made the shopping experience unnecessarily complicated and tedious.
After spending a considerable amount of time navigating your website, I finally resorted to contacting your customer service team for assistance. Regrettably, the response I received was a generic message stating that you are “working with your suppliers to replenish stock.” This response did little to address my concerns or provide a timeframe for when the small bowls might be available again.
I am left wondering how a company of your stature could be facing a shortage of bowls, and why the website lacks a basic feature to filter products by size. As a customer, I expect to have a seamless and straightforward shopping experience, and this recent experience fell far short of my expectations; for being a personalised service.
Furthermore, the lack of small bowls in stock reflects poorly on the variety and choices offered. I have come to expect a wide selection of products from your brand, and I was deeply disappointed to find such a limited availability of the items I was seeking.
In light of these issues, I am left feeling let down and dissatisfied with my experience. I had hoped for a simple and efficient process of purchasing small bowls, but instead, I encountered a series of obstacles that left me feeling frustrated and disenchanted.
I sincerely hope that you will take my feedback into consideration and work towards improving the availability of products on your website, as well as implementing features that will enhance the customer experience. I value your brand and have been a loyal customer, but I cannot overlook the shortcomings that I encountered during this recent experience.

Great book! The quality of the book was excellent and the picture of Gus was spot on! My daughter had fun searching through all the pictures to try to find Gus. And the added bonus of the answers to where Gus was hiding was great. As usual, Yappy didn't disappoint.

We are really disappointed
We are really disappointed. Our Dog should have been in the puzzle but sadly was not. This was brought as a gift for my wife for Christmas.
There is no contact phone number to communicate with the company that we can find either.
We have emailed the company who are not open now until after the New Year and await their response
