Yappy.Com a great company, with great staff
I have been using Yappy.Com for just over a year, and I have to say they are just great as a Company. Their Customer Service is probably the best I have experienced in many a year. If there has been an error in my order (my fault) where I missed a discount as soon as I contacted them then sorted it out for me, without a quibble. My last order which was a personalised mug had an issue, I contacted the team and within a couple of hours they had reordered it for me and it arrived today. I was made to feel that nothing was too much bother for them. They were both Friendly and Professional in their manner towards me and they even sent me a photo of their dogs to show how caring they are towards their customers. I will always be a returning customer to them as their products are great and very imaginative towards pets and how they market their products to suit the needs of their customers and their pets. Very well done to the Yappy Customer Service Team and their four legged friends. Thank You.

Christmas Milestone Cards - shockingly poor!
I bought the Christmas Milestone Cards. What an expensive waste of money! The cardstock used is so flimsy, and with a dark dog like mine, on a number of the cards you can barely make out the dog! Yet another disappointing product from Yappy; I have learned my lesson this time and will not be buying from them again.
As an update, Yappy have agreed that tje quality was not as it should be and have refunded me.
