Family portrait session with Mike. A great experience and Mike was brilliant with the grandchildren. Mike also did the newborn pictures of our grandchildren and once again the pictures are fabulous. We love them.

Fabulous photographs - such high quality and the USB package means we can print some extras for extended family. He’s just caught some amazing moments that we can now treasure forever! It’s all very calm and natural; Michael made the whole photo shoot easy and chilled, and our then-4-month-old was so comfortable in the studio that he was happy to gabble away. We will be back when our little boy’s older.

Been in the photography business for 20+ years and I could not get to grips with all functions of Adobe Lightroom. I knew the programme would help me speed up post-production and thankful to Michael from Yarm Studios helping me understand the system and tailored it to my working practice.

We went to the photo studio with our newborn baby. They were really lovely with us and very patient. We felt very comfortable. The photos they took were fantastic and captured our little girl perfectly. Would definitely recommend.

We first met Michael as our wedding photographer, we couldn’t recommend him enough. He captured the amazing moments of the day and our album is a fantastic reminder of a wonderful day.

We later attended the studio for pet portraits, Micheal and Emma were great with our dog and the photos were more than we imagined.

Most recently we attended the studio for a newborn shoot. The whole experience was calm and relaxed. We are overjoyed with our images, they are amazing.

We had a wonderful time at our recent newborn shoot. I must admit as a new mum I was a little nervous that our baby wouldn’t settle for a photo or feeding etc would be disruptive. I could not have been more wrong, Michael created such a calm space, plenty of time for a feed, it was so relaxed and enjoyable

Michael was also great at engaging our older girl (age 10) too who was a little self conscious at first about having her photo taken

The shoot was a wonderful experience and having just been to have a look at the photos we are over the moon

We had a great time at the studio. Michael was good at making the children feel comfortable and relaxed. The kids enjoyed themselves while also producing some lovely photos. We will definitely be back for more photo's in the future, would highly recommend.

I got a gift voucher for my birthday & so glad I did. I took my 5 week newborn baby & my puppy to the photo shoot.. it was fantastic. Micheal made us feel welcome & relaxed.

We were bought a family photo shoot as a gift with yarm studios. Michael made us feel very welcome and comfortable, our 8 month old was a bit of a tinker and kept going off exploring but Michael was so patient and playing peek a boo with him to make him feel at ease, he managed to get the most beautiful photos - so much so that we ended up buying them all as we couldn't choose! Would highly recommend, very friendly and great customer service

Michael at Yarm Studio was fantastic from the moment we walked into the studio. He was very welcoming and instantly knew what would look good during the shoot.
He was very engaging with our son and offered props to keep Ted’s interest, however as enthusiastic as he could make the session indoor our son has an obsession with hoovers and wouldn’t leave the office hoover alone. After a handful of snaps inside Michael made the snap decision, seeing Ted’s character was too large for the studio, to go outside. He chose beautiful scenic places to shoot following Ted’s lead and letting him naturally explore. Capturing his cheeky essence through action photos and family poses.
We are delighted with the pictures and would highly recommend anyone to use Yarm Studio for any event they want capturing perfectly in their lives.

From the moment I first contacted Yarm Studios, Michael was so friendly and helpful. When our son was born I then contacted Michael again and he was very accommodating and was able to fit us in at a time suitable for us. The shoot itself felt so personal as it was just us there and Michael was so patient and helpful. Myself, my husband and even our three week old baby felt very comfortable and welcome, we had a lovely afternoon. We have just been to view all the beautiful images that Michael captured and we are over the moon with how they turned out. We were made aware of all the different options available to us and Michael had put together a slide show of photographs which we were able to watch which made us feel very emotional! Would highly recommend Yarm Studios to anyone and we can't wait to visit again to receive our photographs.

We recently had an outdoors family shoot. We found Yarm studios to be really flexible as to the location, they offered some suggestions before we settled on a local park. The shoot itself was so relaxed, Michael made us feel all at ease and really took his time making sure he got the right shots. We have been really impressed with the photos, and the finishing touches to the end product are so special. A personalised thank you note, gift voucher, and everything wrapped up so beautifully. This was a birthday gift prior to lockdown and it was certainly worth the wait.
A relaxed atmosphere made the experience pleasurable - no one IKEA having the photo taken but you would never have known it was happening.
We went with my two nephews, twins, aged 2 and a half and they were brilliant with them.
Reviewing the pictures was perfect. A beautiful slideshow was presented with music that captured the moments. Every photo captured was beautiful making it so hard to choose between then.
If your looking for family or children’s photographs I whole heartedly recommend Yarm Studios.

Highly recommend Michael at Yarm Studio. We visited recently to have some portraits taken of our little boy and some family shots. The shoot was brilliant, I was expecting a photo shoot with a 5 month old baby to be stressful but it was far from it. Michael was great with our son and so friendly and professional throughout. We felt really relaxed and under no pressure to rush. We are delighted with the photos - memories we will cherish forever. We used Yarm Studio for product photo’s for our business! They were fantastic from start to finish, making the experience very easy. Quick to respond and timely with providing the finished photo’s which looked great.

We feel the studio captured our family perfectly. The way we were put at ease was absolutely brilliant and the prices are reasonable especially after they’ve undergone such a tough year.

Brilliant. Excellent with our two girls and captured their characters perfectly. Everyone was made to feel really comfortable in front of the camera and the quality of the pictures are fabulous. Highly recommend.
