Lack of service
Ordered a kit 8 weeks ago. After 6 weeks it still hadn’t shipped. Contacted customer service. Said they would get it out right away. 10 days later, the order still has not shipped. Tried to cancel, but they said I can’t as the order is being processed. I asked for clarification regarding shipping, and got no response. So they aren’t shipping, and I can’t get a refund. $40 out the window? Bad service.
