Im still waiting on an order i placed on 06/02/2020. Have emailed twice to get an update & have not got a reply. Will never use this site again!

Well, I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased my paint rollers. I ordered them beginning of April, according to them, shipment is within 3 days. I still haven't received them. I have now opened up a dispute with PayPal. I've had one bit of communication from them, but that is all. They wrote after I complained to PayPal to let me know that shipping would be 20-25 days. STAY WELL AWAY FROM THEM

Ordered products on March 5, 2020 and still have not received the product. Over 2 months ago. Going to put a dispute in at Paypal and see if I can get my money back.

Product arrived late due to Corono Virus but it is not the correct produce we ordered. we ordered a Domom 2 in 1 Hair Trimmer with 2 combs however we received a All in one Personal Trimmer with no comb attachment.

Not good customer satisfaction

Bought a roller brush set from them in early April still hasn’t arrived. Emailed them quite a few times no reply. The had adverts on Facebook and good reviews . Seems like they are a con company. Conning people of their money at these uncertain times. Total con artists. Hope they get reported and get into trouble for conning.

This company will take your money and it will not always deliver your items. They use Facebook and prey on Innocent people (Like Me). As far as I am concerned when a company takes you money for an item you pay for honestly then they don't deliver it that tells you what they are really like. They don't respond to emails so avoid them if you can . You'll save more money that way.

Ordered a pain roller set in March and still not delivered. I have mailed and no reply, absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT ORDER OFF THIS COMPANY

Clock did arrive eventually, but was faulty and unable to use, sent email explaining problem with photos, but still no reply, will be going back to PayPal see if they can help, keep well away from this company.

Ordered goods beginning March... still not received. Contacted twice with no reply... now claiming through Paypal... scam company! Avoid at all costs!!!

I ordered three products off of them and never received them. They took my money and never responded to any of my emails. Definitely a scam!!!

By reading all the review here, I believe that I was scammed! I ordered via PayPal a month ago. I received nothing and no confirmation of shipment nor anythig!!!

Terrible company can't get an answer from these people. They are a RIP-off big time. Thank goodness for pay pal. Don't buy anything from this company ever. YC Media is a terrible company.

Paid for goods with order. Goods eventually arrived but were not as ordered. Impossible to contact seller.

If I could give a zero rating I would.ordered item end January. No acknowledgement or response from two emails sent asking about delivery date. Thankfully I paid through PayPal so will be contacting them . DO NOT BUY FROM YC TECH

Awful company. I tried to contact them after my cleaning liquid arrived (eventually) with absolutely no english instructions nor translation of ingredients. I have emailed multiple times and asked for english paperwork. How do I know this is even a safe product? I did not know I was buying a chinese product and having previously experienced a diagnosed poisoning from chinese glue, I wont touch this! Do not use this company. I am writing to the HK Trading standards with my complaint anyway.

Ordered start of December 2019, never received item. Generic emails received when asked when to expect delivery. Ignored when requested refund, now awaiting PayPal resolution.
Avoid unless you want to lose money.
