I ordered some gloves from this company, they came, only to find they feel really cheap and has no substance to them whatsoever, for the price they should have at least had some quality to the touch. I am trying to find some sort of address to send them back. I should have read the reviews, I will tread more carefully in the future.

I have got to say I've ordered something from this crappy company have not received the delivery time nothing I have to take him my claim to PayPal if only I had looked at the reviews I would never touch this company with even my s*** sorry but that's the truth why PayPal accept payments for this company I do not understand as I have told them why do they let them get away with this I just hope no one orders from this company again

Ordered tape measure on Dec 5th, never recieved the item. Company refuses to answer emails. I opened a dispute with PayPal.
Do not order from this company.....

Ordered a rivet gun and rivets, but only received a pack of rivet nuts. Looks like £25 down the drain. Have not received an answer to my e mail so will be contacting PayPal. Avoid this company.

I ordered 2 items from this company and paid postage so would be in time for Christmas.I have sent an email stating to cancel orders and put money back into account.But reading these reviews look like I can kiss goodbye to my money😡

I ordered 2 needle threaders from this company for over £20 I have never received them, and they aren't answering emails, I wished I had researched them before I paid the money I put one star so I could write the review but they are scammers by the looks of it

Hi ordered Angels wings 26th November they have been in transit since 4/12/20 absolutely disgusting if I don't hear from them by the close of day I will be getting in touch with paypal

Did not need to report to paypal as my money has been refunded also if it does arrive I have been told to keep it !!!

The goods have arrived. Ycimedia do not send order confirmation emails.

PAYEE COMPANY SUNSMILE LTD WAS DISSOLVED EARLY 202O AND SHOULD NOT BE TRADING!!

As with majority of reviews, products not received. They do not repsonse to emails either. Have now gone through PayPal to try and resolve. Sunsmile Ltd is payee with PayPal and this company was dissolved early 2020 along with various other companies run by the same person. PayPal informed.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Have still not received belt item.only just seen all past reviews. Looks like I’ve been conned. Shouldn’t Pay Pal be taking action by now.

It’s disgusting they are playing on people’s hearts selling memorial things and not delivering .
