I received a faulty measuring spoon. it came much later than specified and wasn't fit for purpose. i returned it spending on postage and packing and i haven't had a refund in months. i got a refund for postage from Paypal and have proof of postage but I have had no reply from dozens of emails. Beware of this company.

I bought a plug for my wash basin - After 3 weeks when it had not arrived i contacted this company and it arrived a day later, albeit scratched and of poor quality.
They did however refund my money on the same day that i reported my dissactifaction to Paypal

I ordered a pie maker mid November & have heard nothing as yet so decided to email them. Guess what? The email came back to me as it couldn’t be delivered. I presume that’s it & I’ll probably never get my order. Wish I’d have read the reviews on the company before ordering, but hey ho!

I have bought LED gloves for my husband's birthday. They took the money right away, but gloves never arrived. I'm so angry thinking I had my present sorted.

Total rip off company. Don't be fooled by the fancy ads. My item supposedly despatched but tracking number doesn't work. Contacted company but no response. PayPal not much help either. DONT TRADE WITH THEM!!

I bought a heated jacket from this company. It was far too small. I asked them to exchange it. No reply. I have now asked 14 times and still got no reply. The coat might have fit a 6 year old. It cost me £44.00. I have been ripped off. I have been waiting now for 8 weeks for a reply but there has been nothing. Why does PayPal allow this to go on with all the bad reviews this company have. PLEASE NOBODY ELSE DO BUISNESS WITH THEM OR YOU MIGHT GET RIPPED OFF. This is a scam and its about time something was done about it. Read all there reviews. Ordered car scratch remover, after 7 weeks wait I received a soggy jiffy bag. On opening, found a split bottle of liquid. On complaining I was ask to use what was left. Nothing was left. More liquid on jiffy bag than inside bottle. Can't get replies from e-mails. Rubbish. Have complained to Paypal.

I placed an order and paid through PayPal. PayPal's receipt of payment is my only confirmation although it includes the specifics of items ordered.
Items not received. Multiple attempts to contact company have been unanswered.
I believe I've been scammed. PayPal assists with disputes only after 180 days.
Upon deeper research (which I should have done earlier), I learned that other customers have had the same experience with a variety of different items.
Beware. I can't find proof that this is a legitimate company.

Hi, just received this board game which has numbers and dice and cost $54.68 Australian dollars. There are no instructions. Sending this off to grandchildren, how on earth do they know how to play this game.

The cash card wallet I received is nothing like the advert. It is totally rubbish. I’ve emailed them several times and guess what no response.

I ordered a product from this company and received an item so cheap and of terrible quality. After emailing I still have not received an answer. This is a scam site do not use or contact them. Only wish I had checked their reviews first

I bought two products and the advertisement is confusing and all over the place. On top of the page show one product but if you don't pay attention you gonna end up buying something totally different. Their customer service sucks. One star is to much of a rating for them. I will give them -5 stars.

I purchsed a sealant and anti-leaking paste. These were advertised in English. When they eventually arrived there were no instructions, only Chinese labels. Despite repeated requests for instructions in English none have been forthcoming yet they both contain potentially dangerous chemicals. The product could be very useful but without clear details it is useless.

I order some car bodywork scratch removed and the payment was LakeSaker LTD. It took forever to arrive, over 6 weeks and when it did the instructions on the rear of the pack were totally obscured but a label that cannot be removed, REALLY! I paid £4.99 for delivery, VERY unimpressed. Do not use.

They advertise products, take your money but you don't receive anything.
They don't answer emails so if you are unfortunate to pay these people use a credit card so you can hopefully get your money back.
But better off don't use them, stay well clear.
They advertise on Facebook - stay clear of them.

Like another person on this site, I too ordered the rivet gun and only received a small box of rivets. Only worth about £1-99 from my local Toolstation. I did not know that the company was LakeSaker as my order was with SaltDays uk. They sent an automated email asking me to take a picture of what I had received. I don't own a camera or a phone and have no idea how to send a photo by email. I'm not very good with computers. I told them this and they sent a reply from somebody called Kaus (support). He told me that my order was correct which is the lie of a scam company. Will be contacting Paypal and trading standards to try and get this company closed down
