Yeep! is a shared parcel locker network used by major delivery companies to offer a convenient alternative to home delivery. When you choose a locker delivery or return option, your carrier, such as DPD or UPS, manages your parcel, including shipping, tracking and notifications. Yeep! provides the locker infrastructure — a secure place for parcels to be collected or returned — and you collect or return your parcel using a 6 digit PIN or QR code at a time that suits you. Please note: Yeep! does not deliver parcels or manage shipments directly. If you need help with tracking, delays, or missing items, your carrier is usually best placed to assist. What makes Yeep! different is that we operate a carrier-neutral locker network used by multiple delivery companies. Our lockers are 100% battery- and solar-powered, designed for lower environmental impact, and our rapidly growing UK network is focused on making parcel collection and returns more flexible. In simple terms, the carrier delivers and manages the parcel, Yeep! provides the locker, and the customer collects or returns it. We’re proud to support a more flexible and sustainable way to send, collect and return parcels.

Would never use again
Used today for the first time. Scanned QR and locker opened, put in parcel but then nothing happened. No updates to tracking and not sure if it was even working properly as machine crashed. Would avoid if selling with Vinted and not comparable to InPost where you get immediate updates.
Editing in response to reply - CW11 3JG
Editing again - YEEP never got in contact, I've basically lost my parcel and the buyer has received a refund so I am out of pocket. Someone somewhere is making money out of this. I urge everyone to AVOID.
It would be helpful if Yeep had contact information on website

Dropped off at yeep locker and it's evaporated
Dropped off at yeep locker.
Said my goodbyes as I had a feeling it was the last i would see of this parcel. The green colour gave me the feeling I was sticking it in a bin.
After my tears passed and come to terms that in 6 days I am going to get the recipient asking where there parcel was. I had already thought of an excuse. Dog ate it would not work so I plumpt for the excuse that I have become a vicar and it's in the hands of god. Probably more believable then I left it in a green bin. Anyway. Cutting a long story short after 5 emails and 6 days after they were sent i still have no reply. I can still use the old qr code to send parcels. Even though the parcel has gone so it's a bit of a nightmare.
*** Update, the locker was Sidcup in the carpark just off the lower ends of Sidcup. ***
Thank you for the reply but still can't get this information to you do you have a direct email as the website does not let me contact customer service directly.
Thank you.

Avoid like the plague.
Avoid like the plague.
Used my nearest locker thinking this would be an easy way to send my phone for repair (which was via DPD).
Scanned the barcode and a locker opened with several other packages inside already, so I thought I would press the button for a different locker. Next locker opened, put item inside and shut door. The locker continued to ask me if I wanted a different sized locker.
At this point I'd lost confidence so pressed cancel. However, locker remained shut and I couldn't retrieve my parcel.
I have no drop off confirmation and no idea if it has been registered, or will be collected any time soon.
First time using YEEP and I can safely say I won't use it again.

Utterly useless - avoid
Utterly useless - one parcel (sending) never collected, the other (receiving) goes in and out of the locker daily, with DPD apparently trying to make the locker recognise the delivery and generate the collection code - which never happens - so it's stuck and I can't collect.
Yeep ignore all contact. Would happily drive miles to avoid using this terrible firm.

No tracking & 2 items despatched over a week ago - YEEP! saying ‘delivery taking longer than expected’
Lockers were convenient and I eventually managed to find them on the petrol forecourt of Morrisons supermarket.
I sell a fair amount on EBay & Vinted so use InPost, Post Office, Evri a few times a week without any issue & always get tracking information from despatch to delivery.
However, I’ve only used YEEP! twice but on both occasions no tracking is available & both say ‘delivery is taking longer than expected’ so my buyers have been waiting over a week now for their items.
I do not recommend YEEP! Or DPD who are using them.
Sort yourselves out!

The dpd parcel was left in the YEEP!
The dpd parcel was left in the YEEP! locker at Oxford station at 14:52 p.m. on the 11th of February, the parcel was lost eventually. AVOID!!!!! Zero response from social accounts of the Yeep! SCAM, they probably steal the parcels

Same problem as others are reporting
Same problem as others are reporting. Put DPD package in locker, no acknowledgement received. AVOID!
EDIT: thank you for the response. The locker is at NR20 3PX, Dereham Town FC.
EDIT EDIT! Feb 26th. The package has been delivered, so thank you if you helped to make that happen.

Consider the parcel lost!
Deposited a Dpd parcel more than a week ago. Its still not collected from the yeep locker. No further updates available on the whereabouts of the parcel. Very disappointing service. Seems like a total joke. NEVER USING IT AGAIN!

Avoid avoid avoid
Absolutely terrible experience. Parcel label was scanned and placed in the locker and then no tracking update was available. I can only assume my parcel is still sitting in the locker with no way of accessing. Contacted DPD who were no help at all and said the issue lies with Vinted who cannot do anything except cancel the order. DPD have lost my parcel and cost me a vinted order. Terrible company, please never use them.

Item lost in 'Black Hole'
I used my Vinted supplied QR code to drop off an item in the local Yeep locker. No receipt or label was supplied. After almost a week my item's dispatch has not updated. I have tried dealing with Yeep. They say get DPD to pursue the matter. DPD say get Vinted to pursue it. Vinted doesn't accept any responsibility and will do nothing more. So I have lost my item and no-one accepts responsibility for finding it or compensating me for it's loss. Dreadful. I will not use one of Yeep's useless lockers again. So everyone beware of putting your item into one of their green 'Black Holes'.
Yeep advised me to contact them with further information but gave no way of doing that. Pretty useless.

Trustpilot and YEEP removing negative reviews
Just a heads up – Trustpilot is now deleting reviews unless you can provide proof that your experience with YEEP is genuine.
I’ve supplied Trustpilot with tracking numbers, drop-off confirmation, and locker location details. However, this was deemed insufficient evidence to prove that I was a genuine customer.
I’m not sure whether YEEP has instructed Trustpilot to begin doing this, but it does seem very suspicious. Don’t trust YEEP to deliver your parcels (three of mine are lost) and don’t trust Trustpilot (the irony!) to post your negative reviews.

Lost parcels
Same issue with label-less Vinted shipping everyone else is describing here. 2 parcels lost, tracking was never updated, no help available anywhere. Very disappointing. Never again. N.E.V.E.R.

Absolutely terrible app experience
Absolutely terrible app experience. They've taken a simple process (scan parcel, open door, complete) and made it thoroughly unintuitive, convoluted and buggy. I would avoid using UPS and Yeep unless absolutely necessary.

The YEEP pick up point was next to the dustbins, not easy to see.
The YEEP pick up point turned out to be a big green box next to the rubbish bins next to a pub I used to visit which is now converted to flats.
So I scanned in the card left by the 7.11 a.m. delivery attempt by DPD but that turned out to be nothing to do with YEEP so I had no way to open the magic door.
To cut a 2 hour story short, after my first visit, I was put through from the 0121 number to 'head office' who spoke english as a first language and provided me with the 6 digit code to unlock the magic door. However, it appears that the 'Yeep units' are solely solar powered.. and it was overcast, so it took just over 10 minutes and multiple inputs before the door finally struggled to open. It did seem to be a power issue. So, 3 days late and having to go collect it myself all is well. At least that's what DPD thinks. There are better ways to have things delivered than this..

Parcel scam
Pretty much what everyone else has said,
Vinted said I could do label-less QR code to ship my items and recommended the yeep locker. I deposited my parcel into the locker, followed all the instructions but didn’t receive a receipt or confirmation etc. DPD hasn’t collected my parcel as they aren’t aware that it’s there, no customer service from yeep so looks like my parcels are also lost.
Update 10/3/26 still no collection of parcel, dpd said to take it up with vinted, vinted said they can’t do anything but report the items missing after a month, not happy at all.
In the locker at RH1 5DE career.fonts.owners

Never use YEEP ever
Sold an item on vinted and customer chose DPD which is generally fine until I realised it was going to a yeep locker. I posted the parcel at the post office so a label was attached correctly etc. The parcel got to the local delivery depot very fast but then just disappeared from the tracking system after out for delivery. I have been chatting with the customer and he says only 1 out of 3 things he has had delivered to the locker have actually turned up. I would never ever recommend these lockers to anyone. The buyer and I now have to wait a month on vinted for it to be confirm as lost and now both of us are out of pocket for a month.

AVOID AT ALL COST
Like a lot of people, I would rate this a zero if I could. Used Yeep yesterday to return an OUTNET parcel via UPS. This was my first time using a Yeep locker, and it is concerning UPS has partnered with such an unreliable service. First, it took me about 30 minutes to figure out how to deposit the parcel in the locker - that should have been a sign but I was stubborn and determined to figure it out as surely I am smart enough to drop off a package in a locker. I was using googles AI tool to figure it out as there isn’t a customer service number - again a big sign. I use InPost regularly, and if you have an issue you can immediately speak to someone. Once I was home, I was on my phone and still had the google AI tool open in my browser and I happened to see a link to yeep reviews, which were scathing. I was kicking myself for not following my gut, and resigned to the fact my parcel would likely be lost. I got up first thing the next morning and went back to the locker in the off chance I could retrieve my parcel. At this point the app was providing conflicting messages, on one screen it said my parcel was cancelled, on the next screen it said it was collected 1 minute after I had dropped it off which is highly unlikely, but the button to open the locker was still visible in the app. Once I returned to the locker, I reconnected to the terminal via the app and clicked the open locker button and the locker opened and my parcel was inside. I’m going to spend the time driving farther away to drop it at a physical UPS drop off point. Please avoid using this service, and know you may be able to go back and retrieve your parcel once deposited. Here are the steps to reconnect to the locker as it isn’t straight forward:
1) Once you are standing in front of the locker, open the app and navigate to your parcel (mine was in the deposited section)
2) In the app, click on the parcel to open the Map of Delivery Points
3) On the terminal, click the button on the locker to wake it up
4) In the app, on the map, click the locker you are standing in front of
5) In the app, I was given the option to select the terminal and reconnect to it
6) Once reconnected, I clicked the open door button which was still visible to me on the deposited tab on the app
7) The door opened and my parcel was there - it was a relief
8) Leave and never return under any circumstances!!!!
Hope that can help someone!

My parcel was over 7 foot up with no way to reach it
No signage to show where lockers are, driving round DPD depot looking. Saw something that resembled a bank of lockers in the dark on the way out, hidden off to one side in the distance. Yep! Green lockers, no lighting, and no path to get to them, just grass.
Found it at last! Scanned the QR code, success ... except my parcel was in a locker over 7ft up. I'm 5ft7 so not exactly short and my finger tips were nowhere near it. Luckily a random chap walked by and was my knight in shining armour (he could only just reach the parcel with his finger tips, but managed to edge it forward). This is supposed to be lockers open 24/7. If I'd turned up when no-one was around I wouldn't have stood a chance. Not accessible for wheelchair users, and no way of calling someone to help. Very poor

Please save yourself the hassle and stress and take it to a post office/shop!
Reiterating other reviews.
The instructions on the front dont state or make it known you need a label, it does.
Vinted only give buyer name & QR code. I thought it was labeless? Nope!
Parcel was stuck in the locker, no help as no customer service at all. Dpd no help as dont know buyers details.
I gave up & reported to TS, then all of a sudden it collected after 12 days. Coincidence? Never again the stress.
Theyre now stealing from people, they put parcel in it then asks for compartment size which parcel is already shut in, they press cancel and it cancels the whole thing. Parcel stuck and nothing to say its inside so courier cant collect. People losing hundreds

Appalling service
Appalling service. Do not use. Yeep should be taken out of service immediately. My experience is the same as all others. Selected digital label for a Vinted parcel. Took parcel to locker and put in. Door shut. No confirmation notification. Nothing to register that the parcel is in the locker and on its way. No-one to contact. Can't retrieve parcel and no customer service.
