Yeep! is a shared parcel locker network used by major delivery companies to offer a convenient alternative to home delivery. When you choose a locker delivery or return option, your carrier, such as DPD or UPS, manages your parcel, including shipping, tracking and notifications. Yeep! provides the locker infrastructure — a secure place for parcels to be collected or returned — and you collect or return your parcel using a 6 digit PIN or QR code at a time that suits you. Please note: Yeep! does not deliver parcels or manage shipments directly. If you need help with tracking, delays, or missing items, your carrier is usually best placed to assist. What makes Yeep! different is that we operate a carrier-neutral locker network used by multiple delivery companies. Our lockers are 100% battery- and solar-powered, designed for lower environmental impact, and our rapidly growing UK network is focused on making parcel collection and returns more flexible. In simple terms, the carrier delivers and manages the parcel, Yeep! provides the locker, and the customer collects or returns it. We’re proud to support a more flexible and sustainable way to send, collect and return parcels.

DISGRACEFUL SERVICE
DISGRACEFUL SERVICE: Parcels delivered 5 days ago, NO QR CODES, and now being returned!
This is an absolute disgrace. DPD confirmed delivery to a Yeep! Locker five days ago, yet I have received zero QR codes or access pins from Yeep! or Vinted.I am now out of pocket for shipping fees and my time is being wasted chasing a "service" I paid for. Absolutely disgraceful!
So, where are my parcels?

Where are my parcels?
Currently waiting for 2 parcels from Vinted which were posted 11/02 and 16/02, tracking information is awful and just seems to be moving delivery date to the next day. Parcels appear to be ‘stuck’ somewhere and are certainly not progressing through the system. I won’t be using YEEP again.
Tracking numbers: 15505352408133 and 15505352483207 and postcode of locker WA10 2PX

I would love to give it 0 if I could
I would love to give it 0 if I could. Such a rubbish system and my parcel is stuck inside the locker without tracking info and the buyer on vinted cannot receive it. I followed instructions and put my parcel in the locker and after it kept saying change locker size but it had already locked the locker door to my parcel. It then said cancelled and my parcel was stuck inside the locker without tracking and it’s not updated on vinted that I have sent it. I tried contacting vinted and they said they cannot do anything and to contact YEEP. They do not have any contact information on their website and it says to contact the courtier service which is DPD. DPD isn’t even letting me access their live chat because they automatically said they cannot do anything because the parcel isn’t showing as being sent by me. Now I’m losing out on money as my parcel is stuck and nowhere to contact- rubbish service and scam

DPD and YEEP not in perfect harmony...
I have dropped off two parcels sold on Vinted and with the carrier DPD at the local drop off YEEP locker at the ESSO petrol station, 87 Stewart Street, Carluke, Lanarkshire, ML8 5BY and there has been no movement at all. The parcels have been acknowledged as being received - but no movement, much to the annoyance of both buyers and myself as seller. A month later - now and still no further forward. Poor, poor service and poor tracking information. What is going on? DPD are usually a good service as a carrier and they have signed up for more of these lockers from YEEP. Mistake. Damage to their reputation as a good carrier. Mmmmm! Maybe I am unlucky, but others are experiencing similar problems. YEEP - get it sorted. DPD - reconsider your decision and future business plans.

AVOID AVOID AVOID 0 for customer…
AVOID AVOID AVOID 0 for customer experience.
I have reported to trading standards.
Never have I had to deal with such an awfully run business. For context, I dropped off a Vinted parcel using a DPD QR code for the YEEP lockers. I scanned my labelless QR code, a locker door opened, I put my parcel in and shut the door, after closing the door 7 locker doors opened 1 by 1 with other peoples parcels supposedly locked away securely, of course this was every compartment surrounding my parcel but the one mine was in. This technical malfunction meant that my parcel was not scanned or registered according to the locker.
It has been 5 days since dropping off my parcel, Vinted will not help me as it’s posted through a DPD YEEP locker, despite DPD stating I must raise a formal parcel investigation with Vinted for further assistance - do not listen to them as Vinted can not help, don’t waste your time like I have.
DPD will not help me because as far as they are aware I have not dropped off the parcel. There is no one to contact for help regarding the fact that my parcel I am sending is tightly locked away and I can not get it back. No compensation from all three companies just a better luck next time and parcel trapped inside a locker for god knows how long.
Speaking directly to YEEP:
My parcel was dropped off at 18:50 on the 20/02/26. Location of locker: ESSO CR3 5UG - Caterham.
Description of parcel: grey parcel bag with DPD Beige Heels written in black sharpie.
I have left a note tapped to the front of the locker compartment that my parcel is trapped inside. Should you reply as you have to others to investigate further, you now have everything you need to help me get my parcel back. I have photographs of the locker with 7 doors open and people’s parcels visibly inside, time stamped with the location.

AVOID like the plague
AVOID like the plague. They will LOSE YOUR PARCEL due to their badly designed system which does not connect with DPD and register your drop off. Your parcel will be shut in a locker never to be seen again by you or the recipient. There is no way of contacting Yeep. It is criminal that a company like this is allowed to operate without recourse.
EDIT: post code is EC4R 3TA. But there is no way to reply via Trustpilot, so doubt you will even see this. I would’ve loved to contact you much earlier to help, but you purposefully don’t allow contact via your website or phone etc. Don’t let anyone be fooled

Avoid , Avoid , Avoid !
If I could rate zero I would . Same issues as others. Dropped a Vinted parcel , tracking not updated , 7 days up , Vinted refunded my buyer so parcel lost .
Tried contacting YEEP for assistance via their on line form …nothing . Vinted don’t want to know as to them , ‘it’s not been dispatched’ and suggested I ask for assistance from the staff at an unmanned locker! Complaint is in with DPD but I’m not holding my breath .
Reply to YEEP …not interested in your copy and paste response. I’ve already done this via your on line form . Complaint is with DPD currently.

Awful experience Vinted/Yeep/DPD
Awful experience! So annoyed at myself! Like everyone else, I posted a parcel through Vinted in a Yeep locker in Livingston. No update, no tracking, nothing. DPD totally unhelpful! I also have reported this company to trading standards. They are literally stealing from people!!!
Other than on here how do we let you know locker details? There is no way of getting in touch with your company!! It was dropped at Almondvale Road, Livingston, EH54 6GH.

Vinted Parcel Stuck in Locker
Posted vinted parcel on Friday 20/2/26 on St James's St, Nottingham NG1 6EY for DPD pickup . Nothing happening yet. DPD tracking says "Your parcel has been dropped off at a DPD Pickup Locker" Please have a look at this as i'm going to lose a lot of money on this one. Never again unless this gets sorted....

App just crashes - avoid for UPS shipments
I intended to drop off an Amazon return (label provided by Amazon for UPS). I got to the machine and couldn't just scan it. I tried to use the app but it literally crashed every time you tried to do anything with it when it came to sending on scanning a parcel. Utterly useless.

Never using Yeep ever Again
Like many others my Vinted parcel sent via DPD is stuck in the Yeep locker. I have been notified it is delivered but have not been provided with a pickup code.
Yeep customer services can you please liaise with DPD to open this locker so I can retrieve my parcel please?
My tracking number is 15505352616643 M Vinted. And the locker is Yeep Gauden Estate, SW4 6LP.

Non-functional Lockers - Avoid at all cost
Shipped a parcel using DPD online and dropped it off at a YEEP! locker; like everyone else here the parcel is now lost. It was never able to be collected by DPD due to issues with the locker and they now are saying they cannot locate the parcel despite that it never left the locker. There is no way to contact YEEP! to try to get the parcel back and DPD seems unable to get any assistance from them either. I dropped the parcel off on February 3rd and it still shows that it’s there today.
I have raised a complaint with the trading standards as these lockers should be removed until they can be made functional and fit for purpose.
Update: the post code is RG30 4AA
