Extremely poor service delivery Yellow…

Extremely poor sevice delivery Yellow leaf Hammocks. The Daylight transportation company dropped the boxes on the drive way and would not even put it an inch inside even though it was inside delivery specified in the receipt. I would not buy anything from yellow leaf hammocks again....Frustrating.

Two months later, and no hammock

I ordered my hammock chair on April 4. The website reported a slight delay because of the color chosen. The delivery date came and went with no hammock and no communication. When I followed up with their “concierge” - there was no apology and just a reminder that the color I had chosen was back ordered. When I responded that the expected delivery date had passed, I was told it would be a couple more weeks. No further communication and again when I follow up, I’m told there were challenges with sourcing of the material and the hammock would be delayed further. Again, the expected delivery day comes and goes, and I get no update and no communication. When I follow up, I’m told there is another delay. I’m told if I change colors they can get it right in the mail to me and I should have it by the end of the week. so that that day I change color and ask for confirmation that I will have my hammock by the end of the week. No reply and no hammock. I sent 3 emails over a week and on my third email. I get a reply that they’re sorry but it’s a very busy time and that I should get my shipping information within one to two days. That was three days ago- no shipping info. . I wrote another email expressing how frustrating this process has been. No reply thus far. Still no hammock and no customer service. I think the customer service people are pleasant, but they appear to be understaffed.

Extremely disappointed.

I was so excited to order my hammock as I absolutely loved the yellow leaf hammock on the virgin cruise ships. I saved up and ordered it on 5th June. DHL tracking did not move. I emailed the concierge at yellow leaf twice before a reply and was informed there was an international shipping issue by one person and there was a issue with the weaving team by another, wait a week and and email them if I had no updates which I did. I have further emailed the concierge twice with no reply. There is no other form of contact than emailing the concierge.
I am now wondering if I will ever get my hammock and I possible I have lost my money.
