Yellow Zebra has been easy to work with and both safari trips (2024 & 2026) have been planned well and gone without a hitch. The company’s offices are in London, so working with them required for us remembering that they are 5 hours ahead of EST. Great support during the trip over What’s App.

A Trip of A Life Time to Tanzania
We were a group of eleven including our children and grandchildren ages 13-21 years on this adventure of exploring Tanzania and all it has to offer. The accommodations were all very special in different ways; the food prepared for us was delicious and there were special dishes for our vegetarians; the staffs were warm and ready to take care of our every need even baking a cake and dancing and singing for our grandson's 21st birthday; the guides were excellent drivers and so knowledgeable about the natural history and animals and their own culture and history; and we were able to see not only the "Big Five" and the migration across the Mara River and so much more. The trip was so well organized and we were always met on time and taken to our next destination. For us this was a trip of a life time and more memorable than we could have ever imagined!
We want to end with a shout out to Matt Gammon who planned such a spectacular trip for us. He planned where we would go to see different habitats with all the amazing animals we wanted to see; he chose our excellent accommodations and guides; he planned our village visit; he planned our transportation and he stayed within our budget. The support staff and Wilderness transition team were also excellent!

Booking our safari through Yellow Zebra was one of the best decisions we made. From the very first conversation, they took the time to listen to exactly what we wanted and turned our dream holiday into a reality.
No matter how many questions I asked or how many changes I wanted to make, nothing was ever too much trouble. They listened to every detail, offered plenty of thoughtful suggestions, and created several itineraries until we found the one that was absolutely perfect for us. At every stage, I felt that our holiday was being tailored specifically to our needs rather than being a standard package.
The service didn’t stop once we had booked. The team remained attentive throughout the entire process, providing excellent pre-departure information, answering every question promptly, and making sure we felt fully prepared before we travelled. Even while we were away, knowing there was on-the-ground support gave us complete peace of mind.
One of the things that really stood out was how seamlessly everything was organised. From the VIP meet and assist service throughout our journey to our private internal charter flights between destinations, every detail was handled flawlessly. We never had to worry about a thing, allowing us to simply relax and enjoy every moment of the adventure.
The safari itself was truly the holiday of a lifetime. It exceeded every expectation we had, and there were so many moments that left us speechless. We found ourselves in tears of joy on more than one occasion as we experienced breathtaking wildlife encounters and unforgettable moments that will stay with us forever. None of it would have been possible without the care, expertise and dedication of the Yellow Zebra team.

We had excellent customer service from…
We had excellent customer service from the first enquiry until the last day of our safari holiday. I’d had several safari holidays previously, with highly recommended and award winning companies, but Yellow Zebra exceeded them all. Apart from the helpful phone calls and thorough and interesting emails and pre departure documents, they provided a team within Kenya who were available 24/7 and updated us with our current itinerary. A particularly helpful service was being met airside in Nairobi, being taken to the shortest border queue and then having our driver called and identified from the many who were milling around outside the airport. We were consistently impressed with the quality of communication from everyone.
We stayed at two safari lodges; Lewa Elewana and Offbeat Ndoto. The staff and accommodation were excellent. Lewa had recently been renovated and the Lodge was stunning. Our meals were always delicious. Vegetarians were well catered for. Both guides were superb and our wildlife viewings totally immersive and life enhancing.
We loved every minute. A personal guide is automatic at Offbeat. Our recommendation is to request one wherever you are. Then you can view at your own pace.
We can unconditionally recommend Yellow Zebra and won’t hestitate to book through them in the future.
