I have been using another coach company in London for the past few years and found the switch over to Yes Coaches to be brilliant. The prices are great and the service was faultless for coach hire. I would recommend to freinds and family who might need bus rental across London. Thanks

This company is an absolute scam! Cancelled the coach a week before we were due to travel and now been waiting over 2 months for a refund which still has not been refunded, do not trust this company

Easy to book, very competitive prices, efficient and professional service. Driver informed me of his arrival in good time, was friendly and capable despite venue being along narrow lane with tight access and midnight pick up.
Would be happy to book again if needed.

Worse company ever!

I’ve been told I would receive a refund, I’m still waiting on a refund it’s been over a month and a half now maybe even more. My calls/emails & messages aren’t getting any response! Hannah is ignoring my calls on WhatsApp as well as my messages. I just want my deposit which I paid.

Dont use this company! They’ll cause you a lot of stress!

Avoid this company at all cost! Paid deposit and confirmed booking five months ago for Sunday 27th August 2023. Received a call last week saying firstly I’ve been under quoted and I need to pay £300 extra, secondly the only way they can do this trip is by providing two vehicles instead of one. Then I got told they’ve managed to sort it and there is one vehicle booked for my trip. Yesterday received an email saying the vehicle has broken down and they are unable to provide a coach for me baring in mind my family trip is in two days time. I’ve been disconnected while on call, when I ring back no-one answers (seeing my number on screen, had to ring with private number for the call to be answered) and no-one calls back. The customer service is absolutely awful, will be reporting to trading standards. Both Sahil and Mark are completely unprofessional. Very doubtful that if the booking had gone ahead a coach would of actually turned up on the day, reading the previous reviews this wouldn’t be any surprise! Completely unreliable and dodgy in my opinion.

Booked a trip for a family day out and had no problems. Driver was prompt and professional and was great day out and will definately use again.

Booked a coach for a ski trip which went great. Everyone enjoyed it and drivers company was also a massive addition on top. Driver was early for once which I don’t see a lot of, perfect

Last minute booking and cheap

Would like to give 5 stars to Yes Coach Hire for their last minute help from being let down by another supplier. Sahil came to the rescue by giving us a very good price and coach for our wedding. Will use again int he future as we some more trips coning up. Thanks once again.

Even though we had booked 3 months in advance,confirmed our booking and made full payment they NEVER appeared..

Booked with them and the process was smooth and the driver dave was very friendly and he waited extra 30 mins while returning as we were late.
