I have found Yesim to be the easiest eSIM provider to use. When I did have a small issue because I chose the wrong eSIM to activate, John was able to help to resolve the issue very quickly using screenshots that showed me how to fix it. Thanks John and Yesim.

They said I had quite a bit of data left, but still there was a lot gone

I've use Yesim e-sim now in past two holidays.

I must say that product is excellent. Installation and use is made easy and connection works great.

In future I dont even consider to change provider.

I uses Yesim in all my trips and it's the best options if your looking for reliable connectivity.

This response has nothing to do with the actual issue and feels like another generic excuse.

The problem is not high data usage and not Fair Usage Policy. The service has extremely poor or no signal from the very beginning of the billing period, including the first days of the month, before any significant data consumption could even occur.

We are talking about 0–3 Mbps with high latency, frequent drops, and periods with no usable connection at all, regardless of usage level. This happens at the start of the plan, mid-month, and towards the end — consistently.

Invoking FUP does not explain:
• near-zero speeds from day one
• hours or days with no connectivity
• repeated network drops in multiple locations
• lack of real support beyond copy-paste replies

Labeling an unusable service as “within limits” does not make it functional. An “unlimited” plan that cannot provide basic connectivity is misleading, regardless of disclaimers buried in the description.

This review is about network reliability and support quality, not about unrealistic expectations or replacing home Wi-Fi. The issue remains unresolved.

We are truck drivers and Yesim is very userul for us, we truly recommend! And the support team is the Best, very fast and smooth in solving any problem!

I purchased a plan, but didn't get internet service. After contacting support, after an hour of communication, they only gave me instructions to turn aeroplane mode on or off, or to turn my phone on or off.
No real solution is given. One and a half hours I can't get back.

I recently had an issue with my network connection while in Mauritius, and the Yesim support team was absolutely incredible. They assisted me immediately and resolved the problem flawlessly The whole process was smooth, fast, and extremely professional. I’m genuinely impressed by their efficiency and dedication. Highly recommended!

That is really best program i have ever used. Connects fast and high speed!

When you have any problem or question respond very fast

Used in NZ, horribly slow throughout the country (0.1~3Mbps, ~800-1000ms ping to google at all times), largely because it seemingly routes all traffic through European servers. More worrying was the several times I got HTTPS errors on websites I know to be fine, implying potential MitM compromises on their network. Luckily I have a VPN, but this just adds even more latency.
To top it off, half way through my holiday it just completely disconnected for several days until I could get back onto a free wifi and contact their support, who thankfully fixed it quickly but stated 'the NZ operator has updated something literally a few mins ago so if you restart your network now it will work'. It did, but this reads to me more like they cut or lost access and likely do not attempt to fix it unless someone complains to save costs.

All around, its good enough for Google maps and incredibly slowly booking things, while being potentially dodgy/insecure. That's about it.
