Faye Martin the owner is a conning person who thinks it’s ok to take people’s money and not ship your order! I order nearly 12 months ago and chase every single month, I’m yet to get my money or order!
Still yet to receive my purchase. Communication has been poor . Product was purchased from December 09th.
Do not buy from here!!! I returned leggings over 3 weeks ago and I have not received a refund, nor a reply to my emails or Instagram messages.
Absolutely live in my two hoodies! They are the comfiest and such good quality! I wash and dry them all the time and they haven’t faded or shrank or anything! Amazing😍😍
Fabulous styles✨, amazing fabric, 💕sooo soft and feels really nice on the skin.
It’s also great for all styles, 👖🧢👚🧥lounging around the house and nipping to the shops but also so stylish to grab a coffee or lunch with the girls.

Buyers beware.
I purchased an item, upon receiving there was a tear down one leg. I emailed them and they accused me of lying even though I’d happy said I’d return the item.
Don’t buy!!
Upon seeing their reply, this is all false. I was asked to give photos, i sent Photos of the damage, I never even tried the item on and could see the damage.
Never offered a replacement either. Again, more lies

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review! We’re sorry that on this occasion you were not satisfied with your purchase from us.
On investigating your case we can see that customer service had requested evidence from you that the package was damaged on arrival which you could not provide, and further we have followed this up with our courier service who provided evidence that the package was not damaged on arrival. We also know that the item was not damaged prior to it be packed and shipped by us due to checking our internal quality assurance processes backed up by photographs (items are checked on arrival to us and before they are sent out). Therefore it was clear that the item had been damaged after it had been delivered to you, which as per our returns policy does not warrant a return, refund or exchange.
Regardless of the above we did offer you a heavily discounted replacement/alternative as a gesture of good will, we always want to do the most we can to keep our amazing customers, such as yourself, happy :)
We’re sorry that you weren’t happy with the resolution on this occasion and we hope that you will return to us again soon where I'm confident that we do better.

Thanks for your edited follow up response Becky, as stated in our response you could not provide photos of a damaged package from the day your parcel arrived, you provided photos of the torn item 3+ weeks after your package was delivered (and as above mentioned due to our internal & couriers QC procedures we know for certain that the item was not delivered to you with any damage).
