Roy and Ryan Seiders founded YETI in 2006 based on a deep love for the outdoors and the belief that if something doesn’t work, fix it. And if it doesn’t exist, build it. Since then, we've been designing products that last for generations, get you out into the Wild, and keep you there longer. The coolers Roy and Ryan grew up with couldn’t meet the demands of serious anglers or last in the relentless Texas heat. So they made their own – designing the legendary Tundra® with enough insulation to keep ice for days and durability to last a lifetime. We’ve expanded into other products and categories since those first coolers, but our bull-simple approach to design hasn’t changed. Focus on quality. Design for durability. Never cut corners on form or function. It’s the same philosophy we’ve used to make drinkware, soft coolers, chairs, bags, cargo and more. Built for the Wild™ means it’s built to last. From hog hunts to happy hours and the backcountry to back stage, our products have been embraced by communities and outdoor pros across the world all connected through a single common thread – that the gear you rely on should never let you down.

It was not an easy process
It was not an easy process. All i asked for was a new lid, which was leaking and cloudy inside somehow. They wanted to send a whole new cup, and i said i only need the lid. Then they gave me a link to the online parts store and stopped answering my emails. So i started a whole new claim and got a new cup.

Super Easy!
I got a personalized yeti for my brother for his birthday and the entire process was super easy and the final product looked fantastic!
Disappointed in replacement options
The representative was helpful in arranging for replacement. The complaint I have is that it was very disappointing that I had purchased a white mug, and was not able to get that color in the replacement. I was forced to choose one of 3 awful colors (lime green, orange or red). I purchased white for a reason, so that was very disappointing.

Yeti replaced my favorite mug
Yeti replaced my favorite mug! The paint was all chipping and it looked awful! They sent me a new one once I sent them the old one. Thanks Yeti!
No one that I talked to knew what was…
No one that I talked to knew what was going on. They kept telling me that a shipping label was being sent to me that wasn’t ever sent to me twice. And then I ended up paying $20 to ship the bottle back to yeti for the warranty. It was painful, but kind of hilarious. Like the three stooges were trying to help me. I have spent sooo much money on yeti products. Won’t be doing it any more. Half of our ramblers and water bottles don’t hold temperature. The cheap ones we have from academy and Walmart work better at a fraction of the cost. It’s a waste of money. Yeti has gone down hill.

While the purchasing was quite easy and we enjoyed the customization, it was unfavorable that one of the colors of the 16oz yeti could not be customized.
There were a few days delay in delivery but it did not affect anything on our end.
Yeti Mug Handle Chips X2
I was very pleased that my Yeti was being replaced due to the chips in it and the paint peeling off the handle. However, I am disappointed that within two months my new mug has two chips in the handle. I use this mug every morning, and it never goes in the dishwasher, and it is washed daily.
