Great Customer Service, responded quickly, replaced damaged yeti without question and advised me how to avoid future damage when cleaning product. It was so refreshing to have a company stand behind their warranty without trying to place blame back on the consumer.
Quick & Helpful Service — Just Missed the Colour
I had a great experience with YETI’s warranty process. Their team was quick to respond and very helpful in getting my claim sorted out. The only downside was that the colour my daughter wanted wasn’t in stock, which was disappointing—but that’s not really their fault. Overall, really impressed with their customer service.

I love the Yeti products, but...
I love the Yeti products. This is the first time I use the personalizing option. A 6 letter name. Everything is beautiful...except that the name is not centered. Yeti is on the tumbler in 2 places and my name runs half way over the Yeti name. Sorry, but it makes me crazy and I can't unsee it! I think I'll stick to no personalization!

Poor customer service
You acknowledged my claim and confirmed my replacement but never sent it out. After 3+weeks I reached out to inquire about where my replacement was and the young lady said “Good news, your warranty claim has been accepted and we will send a replacement “ making it sound like this was my initial contact. Very poor customer service

I filed a warranty claim before the end of January..if I wasn't adamant about my claim I would have not got the replacement of my tumbler. So as of January just say 31 I only got my yeti April 5. Long time to make a customer wait!!!and I didn't even get the ones i liked! No apologies or sympathy at least for the long wait! No freebies either!
