I need somebody here who has purchased Microsoft Office 2021 Professional Plus from these people. Can somebody here who has successfully downloaded and installed the software please share step-by-step instructions on what I should have done?
I bought 2-lifetime licence keys for Microsoft Office 2021 Professional Plus back on June 23rd last year. I thought this was for the standalone versions of Microsoft Office 2021 for PC. I was going to use one license when I got my new computer with Windows 11. That was earlier this month. When I clicked on the link, they gave me for the download; it was not the official Microsoft website. I ended up downloading Microsoft 365 from that link (unless I did something drastically wrong). I do not want Microsoft 365.
Can somebody tell me why I ended up getting Microsoft 365 instead of Microsoft Office 2021 for PC? Please tell me I have got this wrong, and they are two genuine licences for the standalone versions of Microsoft Office 2021 for PC.
I will change my review rating if someone can provide me with the proper instructions for downloading this software and using it effectively.
My other question is, why can't I just download it from Microsoft's official website if these are genuine licences? That is what I should do, and if I do, will the serial keys still work?

License? No. Foul language? Yes.
I tried to purchase QuickBooks. Their website indicated the transaction was completed & I received a confirmation email from them. I asked through website chat for the license number. They accused me of being a scammer and repeatedly used foul language. In sum, I had to cancel two different credit cards to ensure they don't post fraudulent charges. BEWARE!!

I had some hardware issues with some computers. By the time everything ran again the Windows license quit. Instead of going to Micro Soft I tried you for a lot less money and it worked just fine.

No screen came up for me to enter the…
No screen came up for me to enter the key code. Therefore, nothing happened. At one point it seemed that it had downloaded a .iso file but it disappeared before I could do anything with it. I searched and searched my machine for it -No Go. Couldn't find it. I gave up and figured I'd get with you later on it. Right now some unexpected business has come up and I won't be able to deal with this for about seven days. You can respond in the meantime but I'll be indisposed for several days as I said.
