Sent two keys still will not work.perhaps it is the download you are sending for Office plus 2010 I will give it one more chance on Monday and then will call Amex to resciend the charge.
Try sending the key and the download of office together. It always says to many uses on the key.

I asked for instructions and received none. I didn't agree to using PayPal, yet I was charged by PayPal. I left instructions to use my debit card or no deal.

The install won't work due to the lack of drivers.

I have no idea why people are having problems with them. Yeah sure it's a grey market site with a fake US address (I'm not sure where they are but other key sellers are mostly in Germany). I bought Office 2021, received the key and download link within 5 minutes, actually followed the instructions and got a compressed img file. People who says it's a garbage file obviously can't click on the file name in explorer and have the default compression tool uncompress it. It comes up in its own folder, click on Setup, it installs the software. Enter the product key wherever the app puts the registration, it was accepted and so far it works just fine.

I purchased Windows 10. When I downloaded it, it said I had to buy another product to be able to use it. I emailed for my money back and no response.

The product key provided did not work. The “contact us” page didn’t work and the email to contact them came back as undeliverable. I requested a refund and haven’t heard back.

This was easy to do & quick. Nice process.

I haven't used an image in10 years or so, so I was a bit anxious --I gave you a hard time and you were professional. The process was 100 times less troublesome than I made it to be. Once loaded--select set up---add key--that's it. Thanks

I like the price and that you get a license number. I had to install and sign up for the free Mega for Business just to download the file. I cannot install it because there is no run function and when I try to download it to my computer it states it will take over 3 hours.
