Product key never worked and support…
Product key never worked. They finally gave me my refund after over two weeks with very little response rate. But I got my refund and was asked to remove my feedback but oh well.

Great customer service
Great customer service, I don't know the guy's name that helped me but He is the only reason I would recommend your service in the future and will do so. So maybe I need to give you more stars just for that. I had some difficulty downloading the right product which he found and did download for me. It was not seamless but he stayed on it until he had everything working as it should.

I bought MS Office, and I was given complete assistance
I bought MS Office, delivery was swift, I even made a mistake by not uninstalling the previous version, I contacted them and reply was swift. I was supported all the way from downloading to installation. He spent over an hour with me helping to Uninstall the old MS Office and installing the new One. Everything works fine.

DEFINITELY A SCAM--NOW VERIFIED TRUE AS SUSPECTED. I'm an attorney. This "company" is a total scam. Their email addresses are fake as is their phone which rings and rings until disconnect. Bad links to download software that download a file with no recognizable format. It's all an elaborate scam that passed the initial smell test but quickly failed once probed ever so slightly. They charge was "pending" on my card but withdrawn and disappeared without explanation after I exposed the fraud to Trust Pilot, my credit card company and elsewhere. they got my card info and will use to try and compromise the replacement card or quickly use my current card (which was immediately shut down--good luck). I promise, this "company" Yevenn is a total fraud and scam to get your card info and money from the credit card. I know how to weigh evidence and this one is obvious.

Looks like a scam
Looks like a scam. Bad links, suspicious activity, dead email addresses that don't work, a bogus address in NY....it's a sophisticated scam. Charging back to Visa on ground Yevenn failed to deliver product -- none of their email addresses are legitimate and working and the link for the product didn't work. It downloaded a large file in a unrecognizable format.

Hesitant but Glad
Was hesitant to purchase online and had issues getting the software to install, but contacted you and someone replied within 10-15 minutes, asked me to share my computer (which again was scary) but got it to install and all seems to be doing good so far! Was very appreciative of the assistance in getting the software working!

Bad part: struggled to get a functional license. Good part: Yevenn support ultimately logged on to my system with Anydesk and uninstalled the MS Office SW and re-installed it for me to et the software up and functional

I am being completely honest 10 out of 10
I am going to be completely honest with this review I thought this was gonna be a big scam but it actually wasn't. I even messed up my order and they helped me fix it and gave me the proper activation code. I have had way better support on this website than I've had on other known brands. They respond quickly as long as you email them during business hours which is from 9 am to 10 pm eastern time. And they truly give products at a lower cost with no weird sneaky backlash or scam. overall 10 out of 10 business.
