I strongly advice not to make an account here. Deleting your personal information is impossible. Customer support is incredibly bad. They ask for more photos of documents in order to get your account and information deleted. Do not make an account here as you will regret it!

After seeing and trying to use other platforms offering to yield farm with crypto as well. The process to convert fiat money into crypto in the same place was excellent. No trying to figure out complicated trading platforms to convert and then send on crypto hoping you got it right was made simple using Yield App. Thank you.

Great app, simple to use and great support

Been using the app for half year and everything is great. In these bearish times probably the safest CEFI to hold an earn crypto. Also, I'm very bullish on their token since a lot of development is foreseen.

I'm diversified within all CEX platforms and all i can say is that Yield App has the best approach and connection with their users, all questions and inquiries are handled within a couple of minutes. Keep up the good work

Digital assets are very risky at the best of times, trusting 3rd parties increases this risk significantly. Having said this, if you are going to trust anyone in this space, then this company stands head and shoulders above its competitors. I strongly believe that this is a company that will play a significant role in crypto over the coming years.

I was wrong company went into liquidation. Company took risks with hedge funds and lost big. Stick to self custody Bitcoin guys.

Very good platform, great overall experience. Very responsible team by prioritize assets security over high rates.

User since August 2021, I had absolutely no problem on this platform. The Yield App team is available to chat, AMAs are frequent. Current crypto market conditions are forcing APYs to drop, but APYS generally remain higher than the equivalent companies. Their due diligence on assets prevented them from offering UST to their clients to protect them...an excellent decision!! (when we know what happened with the UST and its depeg with the dollar). I recommend Yield App for its returns, its community and the availability of the team when needed.

Yield.app has an attentive and helpful team that makes you feel an integral part of the project. In addition to the interests always in line with market conditions, the project still has great margins for growth and this bodes well that the value of their token today at a very discounted price will grow in value in the future to an important extent.

Amazing project, with a very dynamic team and community. Although other CeFi competitors are suffering from lack of transparency, yield app has a very sharp due diligence, an enormous upside and the best APYs!!! Very glad and impatient to see what's next for yield app, and especially the marketing the team will adopt to make the project grow further!!!

Shock ! Horror !

After several months of normal activity, here is my experience and honest opinion on Yield APP...

1. 360,000 USDC was transferred to an unknown outside address without my request, confirmation and without me being involved in any security measures.

After an 'audit' was carried out by Yield APP they said they couldn't do anything more, they didn't make a mistake internally, they followed all the security protocols of Yield App without error.

However, they never furnished the requested activity logs, email copies and explanation of how 2FA was bypassed.

2. Confiscation of other funds I had on Yield, and no response from support.

In my opinion, absolutely avoid Yield App, it's not serious and it's not as secure as they claim it to be.

Another important point, did you see that most of the good ratings on Yield were posted between February 12 and 16 by users who created only one review!

My opinion is this: it's the worst platform to place your cryptocurrencies on, No real support, No real security, No response.

Instead 10 emails and 5 vital questions that remain unanswered:

1. Why did you block an account when there were still funds left on it and where are the funds today?
2. Why don't you reply to simple emails?
3. How do you explain that a transaction was carried out without my request, confirmation or even receiving an e-mail about these transactions?
4. How do you affect a transaction without 2FA security being used?
5. Why don't you send the activity logs as I requested?

After a few weeks, this horrible case has no answer, no recourse and no responsibility and I have lost more than 360,000 $.

From day 1, I followed all recommendations including filing a Police report as advised by Yield APP.

History of my opinion on TrustPilot

June 14: I post my opinion on TrustPilot
June 17: I received a Cease & Desist letter via email from Yield's attorney ordering me to delete my review because I was defaming their client. I did not delete my review because it’s the truth, my experience & opinion.
June 30: TrustPilot withdrew my review following Yield's request and TrustPilot proposed that I send them documents to prove that I was a Yield App investor, which I did.
July 6: my review was reposted online.
July 22: More than a month after my review, Yield App adds a comment accusing me of not following their recommendations.

They state that they investigated everything and are not responsible as their system had no faults.

To date I have never received the activity logs or copies of the emails authorizing the transactions.

They have never even approached how 2FA was bypassed. This is something I have been requested since the beginning and my requests have been ignored.

Therefore when Yield App state that "a constructive course of action was proposed to you, which you have so far failed to follow", this is not factually correct.

Several courses of action have been taken, including a Judicial Process.

Yield App received a letter from my lawyer at the end of June but to date no response that been received to the questions posed by my Legal Team apart from the acknowledgement that they received said letter.

I am still waiting for the documents that Yield App told me they would send me on June 3rd.

"xxxx from Yield App will give you the security information used, once it has retrieved everything,"

Once again, I reiterate that everything above is factual and in no way designed to cause harm to the platform.
I merely want to share my experience.

The best CEFI Crypt Currency app I have used so far. Safe, extremely intuitive and the team behind it respond with lightning speed. Nice staking rates. But the best thing is their native crypto currency: YLD, a sure 100 bagger over the next years.

I have been a user for a long time and I was immediately fascinated by everything about this company. I think at the moment it is one of the best from all points of view

I like how easy platform is for using, and great team support.

Usefull, secure. Good quality stablecoins. Constant % yield. but UX could be improve. Always questionning myself which tabs show what information.
Translation in major language could be a good thing.

This is for a first time I did not get lost or became confused or distracted by UI. Yield App is absolutely easy to use. Ideal for beginners and comfortable for advanced. Please improve only little bit letters in darkmode regime to be more visible.
