Fabulous Japanese Ornamental Cherry Blossom

Ordered a Japanese Flowering Ornamental Cherry Tree. It arrived quickly and was incredibly well packaged! The tree is very healthy and just as described! Full care instructions were provided. It’s a lovely tree and is settled in well into our garden where it will flourish! Will not hesitate to use Yimbly again. Thank you.

I could not fit one chair together

I could not fit one chair together, one side would not fit into the back, and one bolt would not screw into nut due to misaligned.

The Shed is beautiful

The Shed is beautiful, spacious & airy .. Yes it took 3 of us (out & Out Novices) much longer than 2 hrs to erect .. BUT IT WAS WORTH IT ..

Thanks Yimbly!

They have a good range of products but I wasn't very happy with the customer services side.
Firstly, when I ordered there was no confirmation email, just a standardised AI response when I queried it.
Whilst the AI reassured me that the order had been dealt with, it was most impersonal.
Then the worst part was the delivery!
NO notification whatsoever. Just delivered it without notifying us in advance.
It was pure luck that we were in - otherwise it would have just been left presumably or been redilivered...
Not impressed with the total lack of communications over either the order or delivery date.
I will not shopping with them again. I like proper contact and in particular, was alarmed by the lack of contact over the delivery.
UPDATE:
As you will see, the company got back to me promptly. That's good and reassuring. Hopefully, they will address the issue I mentioned.
Maybe I will give them another chance after all!

The product was accurately described in the press advertising, alittle smaller than expected. Very secure construction of materials, I would buy again but a larger unit all in all a good buy and a big pat on the back for all concerned.
