Zero score!!

This was the third time I’ve had a negative experience with this company. The first time I didn’t receive my delivery. No explanation or an apology or even an update.
have had multiple parcels supposed to be delivered by yodel and multiple times they’re either lost due to left in unsafe and common area in a 3 floors building with over 30 flats! This time it was left outside the building near the sidewalk!
When I contacted Yodel they just repeatedly said it was delivered to right address, ask your neighbours! The address is correct but didn’t delivery to right place! How can I go round knocking 30 flats and asking about my parcel every time I have a delivery from Yodel?

It occurred on: 2025-10-11

This meant that I pay for products which I never receive them!
This is a financial loss after waiting a long time for the delivery!

Yodel is a SCAM

Yodel is a SCAM the majority of their drivers are thiefs, they will take or have random pics of peoples doors, they will post that pic as evidence of their delivery to you. I have had x3 items stolen with such tactics most recent been 22/07/25. I randomely recived an email from the store where i purchased my item saying that the item has been delivered successfully with picture of someone else door with no door number, the door looks nothing like mine and yet Yodel refusing to accepting responsibility. Please advise where ever you are shopping not to send your item with Yodel they will STEAL IT.!!!!!

Yodel not reliable

Another mess by Yodel whenever a large parcel it goes missing . Dropped off 28/04 sat there 1/05 depot 2/05 nothing no link just gone missing. Most disgusting company. Known local as dump run. ....think tea leaves exist.??

I feel that because of my previous reviews Yodel have a vendetta against me.I was supposed to receive a parcel today between 17-08 and 19-08.That in itself rings alarm bells because if anything goes wrong you cannot contact the company.Guess what-it went wrong yet again.Even now at 23.22 my parcel is out for delivery and there are 22 stops before me-oh please let’s not kid ourselves you had no intention of delivering my parcel today.Your driver,according to the tracker was just down the road from me with 26 stops before me,then suddenly he is the other side of the area which according to the tracking system he is still there.This company is the worst delivery company on the planet-they say they are sorry and want to do better but nothing changes they are still providing an absolutely shameful service.

Has anyone ever tried to speak to a…

Has anyone ever tried to speak to a human being at Yodel? I use Vinted and sent a package and when it arrived with the recipient the crystal dish inside was shattered. I had wrapped it securely in many layers of packaging and clearly marked that it was fragile. It left my house in mint condition, the recipient isn’t responsible for the breakage, it can only be Yodel but none of the avenues of communication available can lead to a human voice. I can ‘ask an expert’ but same required to pay for that. I’m frustrated, disappointed and becoming angry.

The staff at yodel have no manners I've already had bad experience with this delivery company 3 years ago when they dropped my parcel in the wrong address the attitude of their driver was shocking.
This instance was still waiting for my delivery I phoned their branch number on 08.01.25 at 11.16am in regard to my parcel which they said that it should be with me from between 19.15-21.15 on 06.01.25 I'm still waiting I notice on the tracking app it is still in their depot.
So I called their number which is a mobile number to get directly through to their personnel but to be told that they will put me through to the relevant person that will deal with parcel issue but within less than a minute I was cut off without even getting my question answered.
When I called back again, it went straight through to their voice mail service and my question has still not been answered it seems like my number has been put on a block for no reason at all.
Because when I tried the same number off a different phone and it went through to my disgust surprise, this company from recent experiences with yodel they should not be dealing with the public and their parcels this is not the first time that I've had issues with this company another time they left my parcel in the front of the building which was not delivered to my address it was a neighbour that knocked my door and gave me my parcel and now the unprofessional behaviour I've experienced yet again from this company and I'm sure I'm not the first to experience this sort of service from this joke company.
If I had my way I would not let them deliver nothing to my address because there is always a problem with them.
