I received renewal notice with a price I was happy with. However when I had checked over my policy details, the price was increased, despite no chnges having been made.
The communication system is not easy to navigate. There s no option to telephone or email. The only way to get in touch is firstly to deal with a chat bot then be transferred to an agent. This can involve a wait.
Once I finally spoke with an agent - Jack - he was able to rsolve my issue and restore the original quote, although there was no explanation as to why this had happened.

Just spoken with Jack and he sorted out my problem very quickly.
Just to say while I gave him five stars I would rate your chat bot 0, going around in circles and getting nowhere!

Just dealt with Brad and he arranged my renewal and was brilliant and efficient from start to finish.

Dennis W dealt with an issue that arose with my new renewal quote.

he was brilliant, I only needed to change my address and the portal wasn't letting me do it. Fixed the problem within minutes. I then seen that I could add on extra cover on certain aspects, no hard sell, which I loved - just clear communication and explanations to them services.

Just finished the live chat with Brad who was able to solve my issue with portal log in and send me a copy of my insurance certificate to my email. They could do with extending the live chat opening hours though, very helpful when you get to speak to them and no waiting but the chatbot they have outside these times is next to useless.

Bradley was excellent on my recent online chat regarding my car insurance, would be a better world if more people had this helpful approach to customer service.
