Yoga Insure Reviews 

I have just been on to the Yoga Insurance Portal to renew my insurance, but I wondered if I would look at a few areas as I wanted to stay with Yoga for another year rather than jumping ship. I went onto the Live chat and I was corresponding with Jack. He came back to me very quickly and was incredibly helpful. He suggested re-quoting and checked my insurance needs with me. We ended up with a better price and me staying with Yoga which was a great solution. I will definitely use the live chat again and I hope everyone is as helpful and informative as Jack was. Great service.

Amazing service from Jack on line. He guided me through the process of changing my vehicle for the insurance. He was very thorough and explained everything clearly to me. He was also really friendly! I have always had good service from Yoga Insure and he is certainly a credit to the company.

Brad answered my questions but made assumptions about it. So initially answered my question based on his assumptions. Which didn’t Mach my current circumstance.

I struggled changing my policy on line but thankfully Jack was on chat and he was super helpful 👍

Communicated with a very helpful member of staff called Ami who was able to answer my query. However, I may not have had to bother her if the website had been more informative. I wished to add a driver to my policy but was unable to do so online. The Chat Bot was unhelpful so I had to wait a day to get hold of an actual person, as they are only available for a few short hours a day. They advised there was an age limit on drivers for my policy and that was why I couldn't add them due to the driver I wanted to add being too young. This should have been flagged up as soon as I entered their details online, saving my time and the member of staff.

Charlie D was great helped me with my query and changes plus added a breakdown cover and highlighted what the benefits were
