Very happy with their service. Brad was extremely helpful in their customer services.

Needed to change my card number for renewal of car insurance. It's all done online and the screen to do this wouldn't open. Got on live chat with Brad who sorted this out for me quickly.

Needed to clarify some points on my new home policy - tried the chat feature which didn’t connect me to an agent, but took the WhatsApp option. Connected to Shanice who quickly resolved both queries - great service!

I had a super helpful live chat this morning with Brad and he sorted out my issue within minutes.

I used the live chat after a problem processing my renewal payment through the app. I spoke to Jack who was very helpful. He quickly resolved the problem so that the payment could go through and was very efficient.

I needed a change to my existing car policy i.e. a private plate change and Brad looked into this and changed it for me. Through the whole process Brad was very helpful, courteous and efficient. Even pointed me in the right direction on how to get a home insurance qoute.

Spoke to charlie today very helpful and polite this was on their " Chat" line.Sorted my query very quickly.
I must say I didn't realise you can't ring them which is annoying especially when your policy doesn't show up on their website 🤔

Just dealt with Brad through the Chatbox &... what a star !!! He totally understood my concerns & queries & was sooo efficient & concise with his answers & advice. Thank you to Charlie your agent. I thought I had made a mistake when trying to add a driver to my policy and was concerned that I had somehow made an alteration to my policy. Charlie assured me not to worry and that my policy was the same. Thank you Charlie I can now go on holiday without worrying about the Police stopping me!

I had a request for an inflated arrears payment, which was disputed by me. After prompt and very polite correspondence with Brad he was able to identify the issue and rebate me accordingly. Great, polite, prompt service- thank you, I would recommend.
