As a yoga teacher I am always willing to try new teachers but pretty picky about returning if I feel something is unsafe or a teacher I’ll informed. At Yoga Factory I have loved all the practices I have attended. The variety is amazing and the level of guidance fantastic. My favorite place to be when visiting Copenhagen

I’ve been coming to yogafactory for over ten years now. The teachers are incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and inspiring, and the atmosphere is always welcoming and grounding.

Last November, I had the joy of joining a yoga retreat in India with Kristina and a truly lovely group. It was an unforgettable experience—beautiful surroundings, deep practice, and a wonderful sense of connection. I couldn’t recommend this place enough !

Yogafactory is simply the best. Such a great community of kind, welcoming people and only the best yoga insructors teach there. The practices are both physical and spiritual, so you know you are doing good for your body and also the mind. If you are looking for a yoga studio to join, you won't be disappointed by what you get here!

An absolutely wonderful, engaging and peace-giving yoga studio. Would recommend it to anybody looking to get into the world of yoga, or anybody already deep in it.

Yogafactory is, without a doubt, a great yoga studio for anyone, as long as you’re not closed off to experiencing, or to working towards the kind of enlightenment that yoga itself is built around.

Calm and lovely atmosphere and skilled and experienced teachers, many who have been teaching at this special place for years. Gentle yin, uplifting kriya, fun and strong flows or classic hatha. This little gem offers all.

Unfortunately, I have had repeated experiences with emotionally abusive and physically boundary-trespassing behavior from a staff member. Despite notifying the owner of these transgressions on numerous occasions, including one incident where the staff member aggressively yelled in my face while I attempted to express my discomfort, no significant action was taken.
In another instance, this employee took my yoga blanket during a session, leaving me without one during Savasana. To add insult to injury, she later deliberately bumped into me while I was meditating, further disrespecting my boundaries.
The owner's dismissive attitude when I informed her of these incidents was the final straw. She simply stated she didn't believe me, creating an emotionally toxic environment where healthy boundaries are neither respected nor enforced.
Although this establishment offers some of the best yoga classes in town, I can no longer justify attending due to the lack of concern for customer safety and well-being.

Not that I wouldn't be able to follow by watching the instructor at a Danish class, but it was nice to be able to be in my flow in my native language. Great teachers, nice calm studio space, easy online reservation and check in. Highly recommend!
