Very dissapointing customer service
Very dissapointing customer service. I paused my membership in december 2025. In april 2026 I got billed 850 kr. Then again I get billed another time 850. And the third time. The invoices I got were for december, january, february. I have to move all my money to another account to stop this since no one is answering my emails or the phone calls. Then I start getting the emails where it says they could not renew my membership. During this time I email them 5 times. Now it has been 11 days since my first email and the only answer I got was that the marketing girl will talk to her bosses but they still haven't answered.
Now they charged me 2500 in total. No answers, no proper way to contact them. While having an active membership there I tried to contact them few times on facebook and phone call about different things that were not working in the gym. no answer.
