Es schmeckt sehr gut und macht wirklich für einige Stunden richtig satt.
Man muss es nur schnell trinken, sonst ist es schon dick.

Yoku ist einfach in der Anwendung
Yoku ist einfach in der Anwendung. Ich nehme jeweils 2 Löffel in ein Glas Wasser oder Mandelmilch. Mit Milch schmeckt es wie ein Mangolassi.
Da ich den ganzen Tag unterwegs bin, nehme das ich 2 kleine Wasserflaschen mit so dass ich jederzeit mein Yoku zubereiten kann.
Ein leichtes Sättigungsgefühl tritt für mich relativ schnell ein, so dass man automatisch kleine Portionen ist.
Probiert es selber aus - ich finde Yoku super

Es ist eine sehr gute Erfahrung
Es war eine sehr gute Erfahrung, nicht nur das Bestellen. Es war auch das echt Interesse, die Frage ob das Packet angekommen ist und wenn nicht würde man nachforschen wo es ist.
Die Handhabung ist sehr einfach, und ich weiß jetzt schon das ich wieder bestellen werde. Probiert es selbst aus, ich habe vieles vergebens versucht. Bin glücklich mit der beginnenden Veränderung
