Worst marketplace
I decided to use the platform for the first time. I found them and saw a product I was interested in. I decided to buy it – topped up my account and paid. In the end, the seller didn’t mention the most important details in the description, essentially deceiving me. I asked the seller to cancel the deal, which he did, and the funds were returned to my account balance. But now the main problem is that I can't withdraw the funds from the platform, as the platform itself deflects responsibility by saying the refund will be processed in 14 days.
How is this fair? Why should I have to wait so many days to get my money back when it wasn't even my fault? And even then, there’s no guarantee I’ll actually get it.
So topping up your balance and making a purchase takes just a couple of minutes, but when it comes to a refund, they start making excuses to delay it for weeks or possibly not return it at all. And I also have to wait 1–2 days just to receive a single message from them. Their customer support is at the lowest level.
I do not recommend using this platform.
