This company is absolutely terrible, it starten when we had to drop off our luggage at an unprotected area which was overloaded which meant you had to climb over stacks of suitcases and gear just to get to your stuff, next the appartment was way too small and really dirty, you're expected to clean the mess yourself aswell otherwise you wont get your security deposit back. Make sure to film everything because they'll scam you as well. Furthermore the staff is not friendly at all, if you order pizza downstairs you might have to wait 2 hours for your food. The rentals are horrible as well. Many got food poisoning from the yeti bar downstairs and we couldn't enjoy our stay because everyone was really sick the whole time. They will hold up the bus if the hallways on your floor isn't clean properly even though you have nothing to do with it. We were forced to wait 7 hours to check in and we had to wait 8 hours after check out till our bus departs. It was an absolute horror experience and I would recommend to never book here ever!!!

This company is a disaster. The staff are incompetently slow and infuriating to deal with. Nothing is done correctly, and if you ever have to reach out to them, prepare for a miserable experience. Do yourself a favor and avoid this mess at all costs.
