The supplements I was sent had expired and the initial expiry date had been covered up with a sticker showing a new date. In addition to this, they ran out of stock and didn't have a restock for over a year when I relied on these supplements daily forcing me to find other alternatives. Very unreliable and I no longer trust this brand.

It would be nice if the Yoppie/Phlo Clinic customer service team could respond to the numerous emails over several years I have sent regarding unused referral credit disappearing from my Yoppie account with no prior warning or communication from their side. Since this company takeover the only response to my emails have been about Phlo Clinic services and weight loss which are irrelevant to me.

Impossible to cancel - no customer service
I have been trying to cancel my Yoppie subscription for literally YEARS and they have ignored countless emails. My teenage daughter took out the subscription. It's attached to an email we can't access. Delivered to an address we don't live at...... I end up donating the products to the kids' school every month. Shocking an immoral company.
UPDATE (27.01.25) - Yoppie continued to ignore all my requests to cancel our subscription. I discovered they also own multiple companies under the umbrella name "Phlo" and you ARE able to actually phone Phlo.
I managed to speak to a Phlo operator today who has promised a call back from a supervisor (Kerry-Anne) but I'm not particularly expecting one. On the advice of my bank, I have now reported their transactions as fraudulent and am investigating, with help from Citizens Advice, whether I may have a case to report them to the police for theft. I am now seeking a refund.

I am using yoppie sanitary napkins for few years now. I would say that it really feels safe. I used to get dryness and itchy after using general shop brands after my periods and now it feels all fine.
It needs little bit care with changing them compared to the shop brands but I feel that is fine rather than spoiling my health and hygiene.
Great service, eye-watering prices
Yoppie’s customer service and general service has always been great! Very prompt delivery, does what it says on the tin. There was a slight blip before the company changed hands - they ran out of the product I get and just didn’t tell me. The thing is, their PCOS formula really works for me. The price is extortionate. They’ll get my custom because I like them and it works but please be aware, at £36 a packet, I wish it didn’t work for me (I’ve tried other cheaper products to no success)

My original order was received but with the wrong products. I have reached out 3 times now to get the products I ordered and haven’t managed to get them delivered at all.
I’ve only gave 2 stars because every person I’ve emailed about it was very nice and helpful initially but if they did all resend out my order, none of the orders ever got delivered.

Terrible referral scheme & numerous ignored emails
As another reviewer mentioned, Yoppie have been rather sneaky with their refer-a-friend system. You can now only use a very small amount of earned credits per order, and then you have to use your own money for the rest of your order. PLUS they've recently introduced a delivery charge which means you have to spend EVEN MORE of your own money with each order.
Also, it seems they selectively ignore emails! I've tried to get in touch with them about my credits (I have a very large amount), but they only replied to ONE out of the three emails I sent, and simply ignore the rest. Many other reviewers have also reported being ignored. I would've thought me asking to donate all my credits to charity is something generous that Yoppie would be keen to do! Unfortunately it seems they very much aren't.
Helps decrease my endo symptoms
Yoppie Endo complete support is fantastic, it helps me with my fatigue, as well as making my cramps less painful and since taking it twice a day my Endometrial Cysts have actually shrunk a bit! I rely on this herbal medicine daily and would recommend it to anyone.

PCOS Holy Grail Supplement
Yoppie Poly Complete Support is hands down my holy grail for my PCOS. I've been taking this daily since 2022 and I have now had the ultra sound to say I no longer have PCOS!!!
This product combined with tackling my stress and sleep has been instrumental in reversing my PCOS.
No only does this product taste fantastic and is very easy to drink (taste like squash), but I love the amount of brilliant ingredients included.
I've studied a lot of ingredients over the last 6 years since being diagnosed and what I love about Yoppie Poly Complete Support is that it's not only got the key ingredient for PCOS such as Myo Inositol, Chromium and Folate but it also has several other key vitamins which means I don't have to take additional supplements which can overload my digestive system.
I recently didn't receive my subscription of this product and the team were quick to get back to me and inform me when the product was coming back in stock.
I could waffle on about this product for days, but please never discontinue this!!!
Subscription paid for but not fulfilled
I had a subscription for supplements. Payment was taken on 1 May, as expected, however, I've had no supplements delivered (expected 4 May).
Having been on the website to check my account, it seems that due to a tech glitch, an error message is showing where my subscription details should be, which indicates that the order was not processed.
Completely understandable, however, Customer Service is terrible. I've filled in the online form twice, sent a message via Instagram plus sent emails and have only had automatic reply.
I've paused my subscription as this doesn't look like this will be resolved any time soon.
Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have had issues with items on subscription and so, when I finally get a response and a refund, will be closing my account for good.
Basically Expired Pills, Terrible Customer Service
I received pills only a few days away from their expiry date and the smell was absolutely horrible. I wrote 3 emails reaching out for help and they have never responded.
*UPDATE*
The team has got back to me the beginning of May and informed me they had been acquired. This explains the gap in support and temporary delays. I was also informed most vitamins are considered safe for up to two years past their expiration date, it's just that their potency does decrease over time. I was issued a full refund and the team going forward will have more resource to avoid this type of situation.

They have not delivered my package and this is not the first time it.. Since they corrected it the previous time, I assumed, that they fixed their delivering problem they were very well aware of.
Now I have reached out multiple times to customer service to get my money back. Bur it seems like no one is working since I have not got any answers? I’m starting to think this company is a scam.
