I am genuinely a different human
I can’t quite get over this brand, I happened upon it by accident Doing research online and the fact that it was Endo and PCOS dedicated made me zoom very quickly. Reading about the brand and the research made it very easy to just go for it and give it a go… one week in and my liver was detoxing straight away and week two onwards I have enough energy to work out, I don’t have such dragon mood swings, barely taken any pain killers, less bloat… feel like a whole fog has lifted. I literally can’t recommend this enough. I know it’s early in the journey but if the first 4 weeks are anything to go by then I can’t wait to see how I will feel after 3!

Life changing supplements
I’ve been taking Mood Food, Hormone Hero and Super Soother daily for 4 months now. I was previously taking only one pill a month for somewhat of the same thing, but I will never take anything else now. (It would be cool if they could put all 3 of those into 1, though!) The Yoppie supplements have really helped me very much. I struggle with awful PMDD. I’m Autistic/ADHD and my PMDD can get quite debilitating. I usually only have one “okay” week a month but these have changed this and my emotions are much more balanced. My husband also agrees I cannot stop taking these because he’s seen a drastic change in me. 🙃 I appreciate that they have the option of applicator tampons because they are hard to find in Sweden and with my sensory issues I cannot use anything else. The subscription service makes everything easy and comfortable for me and it’s nice to not ever have to think about it or worry that I’ll run out of anything. Thank you Yoppie. ❤️

Worth it
Been using their inositol supplement and I'm quite happy with it so far. It's a bit pricey but I can feel a change already. I ordered some of their masks but haven't tried them yet.

Using Heavy pads with a heavy flow
This pad is most comparable to the Always sensitive size 3 night pads which have a similar width, thickness and length. I did notice some differences from last time. The wrapper packaging of the pads has changed.
I noticed there is still a noticeable wet feeling which I realised that other pads don't have. I assume this is because Always has an upper plastic layer to avoid this. I did manage to use this pad for longer (2.5 hours).
As someone who is used to using maxi pads, leaking was a bit of an issue.
So I think these pads are definitely something I would use outside of my heavy days.

And you assume correct! Plastic pads use SAP (super absorbent polymers) which draw down the moisture inside the core of the pad which gives that very dry feeling. At Yoppie our pads are completely organic which means they may feel more humid but perform as well as leading non organic brands- but rest assured that this is so much better for your PH so better for you and planet!

best thing for bad pms symptoms
been taking the mood food and hormone hero supplements for a few months now and can’t believe the difference i’ve felt in my pms! i really suffered with it previously and have tried a lot of supplements etc but these are the only ones to have helped so much, i would definitely recommend to anyone suffering with their pms symptoms

Lovely Pads
Love these pads they dont smell like chemicals. Slight issue with them sticking down. Constantly having to adjust as dont stick properly. Apart from this they would be perfect

Now I don't dread my period, I look forward to it
I love it all! The biodegradable packaging, the softness of the organic cotton on my Vjayjay is heavenly - the supplements are also amazing, I've been taking mood food and I really feel it's helped me after only 1 month. The best product to suit my needs
I've been a Yoppie customer for a year now and their products are the only ones that suit me. They're affordable, convenient and suit my needs. The biggest takeaway is that they are organic which means I won't have an allergic reaction to any toxic chemicals, which has happened a lot with very well known brands.
