An urgent need for worms developed and after a quick phone call an order was placed and I received the worms 24 hrs later. Tremendous service and looks a quality product

The worms sent were quality, some did arrive looking a bit pale but soon darkened up once settled, the stress of transport must have got em looking a little under the weather. So I've had them for about 3 weeks and fed them crushed eggshells and some pulverised darkend banana also shreded some old amazon boxes to sap up some of the extra moisture. Now I have cocoons everywhere, already produced a good handful of castings in just 3 weeks. I Keep them in my out building which is relatively warm at around 18c in the winter, however in the summer it will bake in that out building so I will then move them outside. Thanks peeps great service

Excellent place to order worms from! This is the second time i've ordered Dendrobaena and Lob worms. They arrive in excellent condition and have quickly moved around my composter and raised bed.
If i need any more it will definitely be from this company!

Great service over the phone when enquiring about the quantity I needed and the package arrived 2 days later on Easter Saturday. The worms were well packed and looked in good condition.

I placed my first order with Yorkshire worms for 500g of tiger worms plus worm feed and some nice fine worm soil on Monday 10-03-2025 and it was delivered all well packaged and safely to my door on Wednesday 12-03-2025. I'm new to world of worm farming and all of the worms have settled in nicely and all are doing very well in their new home. I will most definitely be returning back to their web site for more stuff in the near future and thank you for the pleasant experience from Paul.

Worms arrived a day earlier than expected. In great condition and very active. The worms are strong and big and immediately got to work. Just what we need on this horrible clay soil

Goods ordered on 17/05/24 and arrived on 21/05/24 as promised. This the second order with the space of 4 weeks, and great service, great product.

Have ordered from this merchant over a number of years and would recommend them absolutely with regards to the product and the turn-around time from order to delivery.

We have used this company for about 4 years now and have always found their worms to be of a high quality.
They are not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.
However last Monday we ordered a batch using the premium delivery service to get them quickly and they arrived on Thursday in a pretty poor state having been unfridgerated and in transit for days.
I emailed to say that the service was a bit off and was basically told that there was nothing wrong with the worms and the delayed postage was not their fault.
Not good customer service, so we have voted with our feet and gone over to Willys worms.
They are cheaper and they deliver on time.
So maybe if you want to keep your loyal customers you should treat legitimate complaints seriously.

I love this company - have dealt with them for some time. The worms (for our axolotl) always arrive very promptly and in very good condition. Very reliable and highly recommended
