Having bought a box of our favourite tea bags, we found that unfortunately some of the bags were torn and split. Contacted Yorkshire Tea about this problem and they were so understanding, took all details of the problem and batch number on the box etc, and have sent us a new box. Couldn’t ask for more.
Would highly recommend the tea and the company itself.
The personal service and professional, trustworthy response to a query, was resolved in double quick time and completely to my satisfaction. Lovely to have a company with such high standards.
Taylors listened to my problem and acted quickly and appropriately!
I got in touch with Yorkshire Tea on 9/4/2026 to explain the problem. They responded on 10/4/2026 with a fast response. They said that I would receive tea bags in the next few days. Happy with the outcome

The teabags we buy are in twos we separate them before they go into the tea caddy. Some of them split and the tea goes everywhere. Yorkshire Tea asked for batch numbers for any problem teabags.I contacted them had a lovely quick email from them and a nice offer.
Such a pleasure to deal with a company with a genuine concern for their product and their customers,so rare these days.
Friendly team and happy to deal with my issue and compensate me for the trouble.
Thankyou Yorkshire tea .having complained about tea bags ripping they replied straight away. Now have 2 1.5 kg of teabags as a replacement. Thankyou again
Cannot tell you how efficient and concerned Yorkshire Tea was with my initial complaint. Prompt and resolved the issue with no hassle. Thank you, Yorkshire Tea Lover
I raised an issue about a fault in some Yorkshire teabags, some weren’t sealed properly and they emptied the tea leaves out.
The process was easy, I just completed a form on the website, I had a holding reply and then a personal response within the day. The response was positive and helpful.
Enjoying a proper brew as I write.
Very prompt reply and sorted the problem
Thanks Kay
I had a problem where my tea bags were splitting when I was making tea. I contacted Yorkshire Tea, they got back to me really quickly with an explanation as to why this might be happening and offered a replacement.
I was really happy with the customer service from Bronte, she was very responsive, very professional and very friendly, thank you.☕️
I have always bought loose tea in order to get proper flavour from the infused tea leaves. However loose Yorkshire Tea is now only dust, same as in the tea bags. It carries little flavour, merely stains the water brown.
I had a minor issue with my teabags (definitely a first world problem, but hey I love my tea!) I reached out to customer service and they were fantastic, explained what might have happened and sent me a replacement very quickly. Excellent service (and excellent tea💕)
I had a problem with a box of Yorkshire Decaff Teabags I reported this to customer services they were extremely helpful they they sent a replacement box to me very quickly I was very impressed with the service I received
I have used Yorkshire Teabags for many years and I am very happy to continue to use them.
Yorkshire Tea now so weak that even with 2 bags left in the teapot & stirred it is still not strong enough.
Have been buying Yorkshire tea bags for years but we are now going to try other brands to find a decent cup.
Shame on you Yorkshire Tea, you’ve been taking us for mugs!

I spent £10 thinking this was going to be a quintessential black daily tea based on positive reviews by British drinkers.
This tea tastes like weak generic flavourless LIDL tea. It's one of the weakest teas I've ever drank both in flavour and caffeine buzz. I think the camomile tea I drink at night has more pep than this crap. I don't want to say that British people have bad taste, but this tea is pathetic.
