Has a disabled person i feel I am been discriminated by this company on a visit to this store while in whitby for the day I was over charged for reduced items I have stated by number of emails I am deaf totally I dont drive I was only visting for the day
Iv given proof of sale and pictures of items bought along with till recipient
Yet there come back with
Return to store or phone us each time for refund
I live alone suffer mental health yet this is what these people come back with over and over again return to store or phone us in there reply to emails I advise people to stay clear of this store totally a rip off store

Bought expanding foam, a very good product in my opinion at a very good price was despatched in good time and delivered in time , but to the wrong address. Had to wait over a weekend to report we had not received our parcel as the store was closed weekends then had to get another lot sent out delaying delivery , thankfully it came to the correct address.
As we had expected to start a small job on the Monday it had to be delayed.
Full marks to the company big minus to the delivery company (EVRI).

I ordered 15 bags of dog treats and they all arrived expired

I ordered ant killer on Wednesday 24th June and had an e-mail at 4.09pm to say parcel had been shipped. I had paid extra for express delivery 1-2 working days.
When the item had not been delivered on Friday afternoon I rang up to be told there was nothing they could do until 7pm when Evri stopped delivering by which time they would be closed so ring back on Monday 29th.
I rang 7 times this morning, 29th. On every occasion I was cut off after 6 minutes without being able to speak to a "customer services" (that's a laugh) advisor. so I filled in their e-mail contact form midday. At 4.32pm I had no response so tried to call again and once again was cut off after 6 minutes.
I had an e-mail to say my replacement order had been shipped on 1st July and would be delivered early evening on 2nd. My goods finally arrived on Friday 3rd July in the afternoon.
Don't use this company if you don't want stress in your life.

It arrived in store when expected and was easy to collect. I already have 2 of the same pots and I'm pleased with them.

Wonderful service and really prompt delivery and all products we ordered lived up to the photos.

This company are very good no problems ordering at all and people are complaining about the delivery being delayed its not the company's fault if evri in your area is rubbish my item was supposed to come Tuesday and it arrived Monday as evri is good in my area so we'll done to Yorkshire trading company and evri on a very fine job

I have lots of these planters and so glad I can still get them through YTC

Speed of service/delivery is excellent

One tray arrived damaged and unusable. It cost more to return it than it did for the tray so i just accepted I'd lost money

I bought a paint roller set from the Buxton branch I took it straight back as damaged but the manager refused to refund me as saying company policy doesn't give refunds only exchange or credit note,I told the law says when it's damaged I am entitled to a full refund but he wouldn't budge kept saying it's there policy,it was getting quite heated in the end as I wouldn't leave and the police would have had to be called the jobs worth who shouldn't be manager as is stupid refunded me I will never shop there again.
