Great service, and quite fast delivery from Japan for original parts. Both orders I have received have been shipped from Japan.
My second order was originally ment to be shipped from Belgium, but unfortunately this took quite a time because the parts were not at stock there. After a while I had to rearrange for a shipment from Japan instead. All in all this took some time for this spesific order, and I would have appreciated if they could have informed me about this because of the timeloss. Anyway the customer service at YoshiParts were very helpfull for the process with rearranging the shipment. Communicating with the customer service has so far been a joy. Fast response, good information and excellent follow-up.

Very disappointing experience. The order was canceled because the company claimed the oil could not be shipped by air. However, the shipment was from Belgium to the Czech Republic, where ground transport is a completely standard and widely used option for this type of product.

Instead of arranging normal ground shipping, the order was simply canceled. This suggests either a lack of understanding of basic logistics or an unwillingness to find a reasonable solution for the customer.

I would have expected a shipping team to know the difference between overseas shipping and transport within mainland Europe.

I ordered an out-of-stock auto part from YoshiParts and the company website confirmed the availability with the exact OEM part number along with the total cost with shipping. I ordered a second part but the website automatically charges shipping. I reached out to customer service to ask whether the second order could be included with my original shipment to save on the shipping cost. The response was prompt. A separate invoice was prepared that only included the cost of the part and my original shipment was held up pending payment of the second part. The delivery by FedEx arrived one day earlier with the parts I ordred. What impressed me about YoshiParts is there customer service. You can expect a prompt and professional response but, most importantly is there honesty. True to their word, the company did not charge me a second shipping fee. This experience has affirmed my confidence in ordering future out-of-stock auto parts from YoshiParts.
