Genuine Honda Parts, fast delivery

I ordered crankcase and con rod (big end) journals from Yoshi Parts for a 2002 Honda Hornet 600 - not too easy to find these days in the UK.

Communication was excellent from Yoshi as to status of the order at every point. The genuine Honda parts arrived much quicker than I could have expected, well packaged, and at a good price. Beautiful.

I'd recommend Yoshi Parts to anyone and will definitely buy from them again. Thanks for a great service.

They delivered a part that I couldn’t find anywhere.

Ordered the part online as it appeared to be available. Received an email later in the day advising it was on back order and could be a month out. A refund was offered but I decided to continue as the part appears to be virtually impossible to get. An email was received two weeks later advising it had been shipped and it arrived here in Australia four days later (including the weekend). Part was well packed and in perfect condition. Very happy with the service.

Delighted

Part was easy to order, delivery was pretty rapid from Japan to France, only downside (not Yoshiparts fault) was the customs charges into France were almost 50% of the original price with the "handling fees". Its a shame as the part fits perfectly and I am otherwise delighted with the service 👍

Exceptionally inefficient ecom business

I bought some trim pieces for my car, and after paying for the order and paying for the included shipping, they came back to me a week later saying that I would need to pay MORE for shipping because it wouldn't fit in a box. They ended up cancelling the order on their own, then their email to confirm cancellation went to spam, so it took a few weeks to figure out that the parts were not coming. I tried sourcing the parts on other sites, but couldn't find any online with inventory for all 10 trim pieces i needed, so I ended up paying for that same original order again, with the same order number, but when I reached out to confirm the shipping would be included, they told me it would again be even more money than the first time (even though my receipt showed shipping already paid). So I cancelled the order this time because I've never experienced an ecommerce business that couldn't accurately quote shipping prices for normal sized objects at checkout... who does that?? Well, lo and behold, I read a review about yoshiparts only refunding part of the order if you cancel, so i went to go back and audit the order I paid for the second time and in that process of trying to calculate the amount paid vs the amount refunded, apparently their system took payment for the order again. Of course the order confirmation ended up in spam alongside their other non stop promotional emails, so I did not see it in time before the package arrived at my door... this time apparently they didn't try to charge me more for the shipping, so now I have this box of parts that I no longer need because I went to my local toyota dealer and just paid USA prices. They're saying "the order was paid for according to our system, good luck" WTH. These people need to figure out how to run an ecom business with reliable systems for processing payment and calculating shipping. Have not experienced such an inefficient business since 2004 ecommerce sites. They have still not refunded me. If you are a USA-based customer, beware.

The extra charge comes from the courier, not from us. We carry over 40 million parts, and our calculator can't always predict oversized courier fees up front, which we're actively working to improve. In every one of these cases we contact the customer first and give them the choice to proceed or not. We never add a charge without telling you.

The final order was placed and paid for by you through your account, and we delivered it in full. We don't accept returns of delivered orders because the parts are no longer needed.
