So far so good.
Meals are tasty but slightly small.
Would like a bigger selection.
But overall happy with decision.

i love the meals. Not a huge variety but they taste great. Not sure I like the idea of meals being delivered unless orders are stopped. I order also from Lite"n Easy and their delivery system is great, styrofoam boxes which are returned

Worst customer experience I have ever had — avoid this company at all costs.
This has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I signed up organically through the Qantas promotion to earn Qantas Points, only to discover shortly afterwards that I had accidentally used the wrong email address. When I tried to correct this and create an account with the correct email, the system failed to recognise it and claimed my Qantas account was already linked elsewhere.
I contacted customer service multiple times to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, every interaction was frustrating, unhelpful, and felt like I was wasting my time. The representatives I spoke with struggled to understand the situation, provided little assistance, and repeatedly promised they would fix the problem — but nothing ever happened.
Eventually, I managed to get my email changed and my Qantas account linked, and I thought the issue was finally resolved. Unfortunately, that was only the beginning of the problems.
After receiving three meal boxes, I was extremely disappointed. The food quality was poor, the meals tasted artificial and rubbery, and they lacked the nutritional value that was advertised. To make matters worse, one of my boxes never arrived. This left me without the food I had already paid for and forced me to spend additional money on meals because my food budget had already been used on this subscription.
After this terrible experience, I simply wanted two things: my Qantas Points and to cancel my subscription. You would think this would be a simple request — but apparently not. I contacted customer service repeatedly over several months, speaking with different representatives every time. Each person assured me they would resolve the issue, yet nothing was ever done. Month after month, the same empty promises were made with absolutely no follow-through.
Eventually, I spoke with someone who appeared more willing to help, only to be told that the marketing department had decided there was nothing they could do because I originally signed up with the wrong email address. This was despite the fact that they could clearly see I was the account holder of both email addresses and that my Qantas account was correctly linked. This was not an inability to fix the problem — it was a refusal to help a paying customer.
The entire experience has felt incredibly manipulative. The company was happy to take my money but unwilling to provide basic customer support when there was an issue.
Even after cancelling my account and requesting to stop receiving communications, I continued receiving marketing messages. This raises serious concerns about how customer data and opt-out requests are being handled.
The most disappointing part is the pattern of behaviour. A friend of mine also had issues with Youfoodz and left a complaint. The company publicly responded claiming they had reached out and resolved the matter, but according to my friend, they never actually did. This kind of response gives the appearance of caring about customers publicly while doing nothing behind the scenes.
If I were Qantas, I would seriously reconsider associating my brand with a company that treats customers this way. A partnership reflects on both companies, and this experience has completely damaged my trust.

Definitely lots to choose from but personally I didn't much like the quality of the beef meals....not the best cuts of meat. A lot of the chicken meals are really yummy, worth coming back to buy again.
Without the discount codes, I am still struggling to decide on value for money, especially as there has already been some price creep.
In general, I recommend Youfoodz

STOP SENDING ME MARKETING MAIL, EMAILS AND ANYTHING YOUR OVERPRICED GARBAGE THAT IS CONSTANTLY "40% OFF" MAYBE YOUR ACTUAL VALUE IS THE PRICE YOU HAVE TO CLAIM TO GET PEOPLE TO PAY THE FIRST TIME WHCIH IS NEVER ACTUALLY HONOURED. ABSOLUTE SCAM!

Our family has been enjoying Youfoodz meals for over a year and over that time we have included a large part of the menu range. Overall most of the meals are not only of good quality but offer options to please each of us.

The food is tasty and filling. Delivery is efficient. Heavy reliance on chicken in first 3 boxes but different foods coming soon and looking forward to those.

Incredibly poor Customer Service and a business that won't own their mistakes.
Delivered to wrong address. When contacted Customer Service stated they won't be sending driver back to correct. Then lied stating "don't have contact with driver". What business doesn't have contact with their delivery company, even if external.
Then sent msg stating please update accurate delivery address. This has been delivered for past 9 mths.
Talk about not taking ownership.
Very very poor. Just be HONEST!

The app is confusing. To hard to deal with, especially for the less tec savvy people.
Using Gift vouchers (received as gift) dollar amount is need to be all used in one order. If you have a balance it becomes void. (Big rip off) Balance should carry over, but I got told twice it doesn't. Very disappointed.
So then you try and order to use voucher and price goes over so I then have to pay.

having the meals delivered weekly means that we are able to have a balanced meal consistently - as shift workers, we are often home at different times, eating and going out at different times - having the individual meals keeps us healthier!! The website is ok to use - I get a little mixed up with the "free for life" options and the samples provided in the first boxes disappear once you are paying full price for the meals. Other meal providers offer free delivery... youfoodz don't - even if you increase your order.

Payment system is horrific! What wrong with selecting meals and paying right away? Why take Payment days later??? Automatic meals suck! Let me order when it suits me!!! I always buy 30+ meals and freeze them and buy as I need them....
