It's still in my freezer because all same chicken crap full of carrots. Dodgy greedy company. Now they are sending name to agency. Not on.

Poor delivery service
I put my delivery address at work chose the option to have my box left at door if there is nobody to receive but today I got a text from Youfoodz saying the driver couldn’t deliver my box because the business was closed, they probably just ignored the delivery instruction.
Then I contacted customer support via chat to arrange the re-delivery, they didn’t ask or confirm with me the time I would like to get my box, when I checked it has updated to be on Saturday morning and I don’t have work on Saturday. I contacted customer support again and the second agent said I myself requested it to be on Saturday, which I did not! I asked if they could send it to another address and they said they would contact me soon because they weren’t even sure if that is possible. I still haven’t heard back from them. Absolutely disappointing experience, this is supposed to be my first box from them too.
UPDATE: They contacted me and said they can’t deliver to a new address. Great. My money is lost and my food will be left to rot because no one works there on Saturday and I already have plans so I won’t be able to go and collect it.

The food is great tasting and convenient. My only issue is the delivery window. My box could potentially be at my door all day which will be an issue come summertime.

Variety is the spice of life
I love some of your meals but I find there are too many chicken dishes. It would be nice to have more fish, beef and lamb.
Too much chicken gets a bit overpowering.
I love your prawn with pasta as it is delicious and the Thai prawn dish is awesome. Maybe a Thai beef salad. A bit more variety would be fabulous. Also do you do just salads without meat with a nice dressing on the side ?

Convenient and tastey
The convenience and variety are amazing. The taste is always yummy. I just wish there were more veggies in the meals. We have to add more to ensure we are getting enough. So we are still having to cook which is annoying.

Deliveries not what ordered.
A lot of the meals selected are not what was delivered. No notification of meals being swapped, so no option to decline the changes or pick other options. I imagine it wouldn't be so bad if you don't have allergies or food dislikes but expensive when the meals get thrown away and you have to spend money to buy replacement lunches.
