Interesting surveys and FAIR point distribution! You never get through a survey just to be told “I’m sorry you don’t qualify and will not be awarded any points.” That is infuriating! I have already earned a $15.00 Amazon gift card and I’m halfway to earning another! Reached those milestones within 2-3 weeks. Pretty cool for taking 5-10 minute surveys that don’t bore you to death! 😁😉

Overall I think the app is a good tool and a positive experience. The only drawback is the obvious slant or bias that comes across because of how the questions are written; that can sometimes appear leading or to force an answer.

Do not trust this company
Beware. This company is not trustworthy.
My suspicion is that there 1) is a deliberate attempt to avoid paying respondents and 2) eliminate those not providing ‘correct’ responses.
My husband doubted YouGov’s integrity after he was mysteriously banned just before getting his £50 voucher.
Secondly, YouGov just banned me without any explanation or reason.
Since 2021 I had answered daily questions, given opinions in daily chats and had two payments worth £50 each.
Last week there is suddenly ‘a problem with my account’ so I emailed ‘support’ After SEVEN emails I get a response This panellist is not allowed. What ??? No rationale. No reason. Just a cold inhuman robotic ‘Computer Says No’ I am disgusted with this appalling lack of communication. Plus between me and my husband that is about 7000 points not paid out. Roughly £70. Guess where that has gone? Don’t trust.

Interesting Surveys and Fair Rewards
I've enjoyed using YouGov. The surveys are usually not too long, the topics vary a lot, and the rewards are fair for the time spent. I like that the questions cover many different subjects, which keeps things interesting. Overall, it's been a positive experience and one of the better survey platforms I've used.
