As usual your Team is wonderful. I have had a conversation with Kiani today. I am in the process of changing cars, so had to change a few things and get a quote for the new one.
If your own time is free, they are cheap.
Staff are always friendly and helpful but their unnecessary small talk increases the time it takes to deal with them, whether it's a quote or a claim.
Their online claim system is pretty well redundant as within a few seconds of lodging the full claim, I received a call where I had to repeat everything again, more than several times. The call took 1 hour 24 minutes!
The closest crash repairer is a 45 minute drive away, despite being in the outer suburbs of a capital city. So, there will be 4.5 hours of driving to have the car assessed and then repaired, assuming that I don't have to go back to fix any issues plus a further 3 hours for someone to pick me up and drop me off.
I have been with Youi for about 8 years, this is my third claim and the process is so time consuming that I'm thinking of moving - my lost time is worth more than any cheaper premium I might be receiving.
Best insurance claiming experience ever
My windscreen was destroyed by some crazy teenage flowing water balloons at us. Luckily Youi team approved our claim literally in seconds and O’Brien glass contacted me within minutes organised the screen fixed and tested in a couple of days at their Paramatta centre. This was the best insurance claiming experience ever had comparing to all I had in the last 36years of driving. Job well done Youi and you deserve all your success.

Had to lodge a claim which I have never done before so I was feeling a little anxious but from the beginning to the very end of the phone call, I was met with the greatest customer service. I had a complex claim I needed to make and the operator who helped me remained so calm, patient and understanding.
