I'm blame Facebook
Instead of my order I received bracelet is not worth 1 USD.
Because of my confidence in Facebook, this fraud happened.
I ask Facebook to compensate me in order to continue to trust it.

I received my hair product. Almost 3months after my order. And I got only a half full 30mL bottle.! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
They just steal your money and you will never get the product! How Facebook let them get away with it!!! Stay away!
So i ordered a hair product 1 july from Youpery. Then on the 22 July i sent an email asking where the product is at. They replied with 3-6week delivery depending on location. Then on the 19th August again i sent an email asking where the hell the product is at. No reply. I then emailed again, on 25 August 2020 and no reply. Basically, if you don't get your product they don't reply. I don't even know if they send the product through. They also advertise free delivery but it's more like no delivery at all.
Tip. Don't waste your time, don't waste your effort, don't waste your money. Buy from an actual store you trust.
Never saw product or refund. Every email is the same automated nonsense, no actual reply to your queries. Please don’t waste your money with these thieves!
