The product and delivery were fine, unfortunately despite numerous requests for a receipt/invoice for the item I had NO response and no paperwork. If product registration and warranty is important suggest you look elsewhere.

Really frustrating that communication…
Really frustrating that communication was by mainly chat bot and no correspondance was retained until I specifically asked for an email record.
I had to make a return and although this was eventually exchanged successfully I had to keep reminding them that I had sent a faulty item for exchange.
Customer service needs a re-think.

I bought a power flosser from YourDentistRecommends and found the experience to be flawless: The ordering process was clear, I received an order confirmation immediately, then soon after confirmation the order was shipped and within a couple of days of ordering it arrived as expected and well packed. My experience with this vendor was flawless.

Item which was supposed to be a Christmas present never arrived. No option to phone, emails unanswered and no answer from Live Chat.
Eventually got a refund by email but no explanation or apology.
Definitely not recommend!!
