This is a scam service, however the terms of the agreement are vauge and they are in no way upfront about the costs.
They advertise $20 a month then charge you $240 for the full year. When you ask for a redund they offer you half of your money back.
Do not use this service.

Billing practices are a total scam
Billing practices are a total scam. Advertising $20/month and wording things to make people believe they will be billed monthly when they’re in desperate need of basic medical attention is unethical. This company is praying on the millions of Canadians without family physicians and local clinics or high local ER wait times. Do yourself a favour a use Maple Medical or find the nearest virtual care provider in your area (usually hospitals, even those without ER services may have this new program). I went to university for marketing and working in corporate marketing and sales now. This type of advertising is wrong and deceitful. I’m the end I didn’t even receive good service, this particular doctor gave me the opinion that she was above working for this company, and almost as if she was accusing me of looking for drugs. I went to my local ER who informed me of the virtual health clinic there. A RN helped me through registration and I spoke with a doctor via video call while the ER department ran a test. All patched up. But awful experience with “Your Doctors Online” over all.
Luckily you can reach them by phone with no wait times, probably because they make it near impossible to find the customer service number 1-647-953-4965. They don’t reply to emails, but you can email them if you like getting ignored at support @ yourdoctors.online. There are thousands of similar reviews to mine yet, they only display good reviews of service, no surprise there. They want your money and more than you’re agreeing to pay. HUNDARDS more.

UNETHICAL MONEY SCHEME
SCAM - I told them to cancel my account and subscription. They "cancelled" my 75$ charge and secretly changed it to a 25$ charge monthly.
Very shady. I tried to use the app to cancel subscription and it says "Request to cancel submitted" Should be guaranteed automated cancel system NOT up to their discression.
Tried to remove my credit card in the app so they can't charge me any more, it said "Need at least 1 card on file".

Horrible experience
Horrible experience! I supposedly paid $20 for the monthly subscription since they have two options: monthly and annual. The next day, I saw that $240 had been taken from my bank account. When I complained, they told me It says monthly but they take it annually and they took the annual subscription. So why do they have two options if they're going to take it annually anyway? The website doesn't explain anything. It's outright theft! When I went to the pharmacy the next day, they hadn't sent the prescription. I contacted them again, and they said they call to the pharmacy and that they had it. To this day, I haven't received a refund or my medication! They are blatantly stealing! Don't pay for or use their services.

I have had such excellent care from your doctors online. You are in good hands with this service. Thanks to Dr.Cheema and other doctors on the app I know about a pituitary, thyroid, anemia and other conditions that are now treated because of this service. Dr Dunkley and Dr. Ola Tarabzuni are amazing and so helpful. You can’t find more caring doctors anywhere. They are so knowledgeable in conditions it blows me away every time. There’s nothing comparable to this service and these doctors. I would be nowhere in my medical journey without them. I went to see a specialist once and a surgeon in Toronto and they knew who dr Cheema was when I mentioned him and how much he had helped me they knew of him and said great things about him. He is highly esteemed and reputable even by others in the field who know of him. You cannot go wrong with this service. I even had a nutrition consult her name was Zainab Shafiq and she made this amazing plan it was so detailed. I’ve been helped also by Tareem Gul who is also excellent in her care amongst all the others. Thank you so much your online doctors for all your help in my care!!!
