Katey Robinson booked my holiday to Spain and we haven’t even been yet but I already know it is going to be great. Katey has been so helpful, informative and quick to respond to all the questions I’ve asked, she has listened and talked me through everything and asked questions to make sure she knows exactly what I wanted. She has gone above and beyond to make sure everything I asked for was possible and I am so grateful. Her attention to detail meant nothing was missed and I would highly recommend Katey to anyone without hesitation.

Do not use Laura Slater!
Last year I booked a luxury big family holiday for 10 of us with Laura through Luxury in the Med, departing June 2022, including EasyJet flights from Luton. However, we had an email via Laura last November from easyJet saying the flights were changed to Gatwick at 5.55 am. No apology or explanation from her.
This was unacceptable to us and I contacted Laura immediately saying that we wanted to cancel these flights and book different ones. She advised waiting until February. I contacted her again in February and she told me it wasn’t possible to have a refund on the 9 flights or a credit voucher. She said there was no point in me speaking to Easyjet as they would only tell me the same thing. She suggested changing the flights to a day earlier or later (which had better times) and try to get the accommodation for another day. I asked her to look into this. She came back the next day with a cost of £800 for my son to change their 3 flights and accommodation by one day. She told my son in law it would cost £400 to change their 4 flights by one day. These were incredible amounts! I then phoned EasyJet directly myself and was told they could issue a full refund or credit voucher or make free changes. I asked them to issue a full refund, which they did, as I had decided to book BA flights myself. EasyJet copied Laura into the confirmation email so she knew I had spoken to them and arranged for the refund. She did not comment or apologise for the ridiculous amount she had quoted to change the flights - which was free of charge! Laura Slater gave us false information and her behaviour was completely unethical. Do not use her!
