The fabric shines through and according to the manufacturer that is the most normal thing. The colors are almost transparent, very cheap paint. Cheap junk that you pay a lot for. They don't accommodate you in any way. DO NOT BUY HERE!!

Placed 2 order is november 2022. First good contact. Aftershave a While no response anymore. Stil no paintings. And no contact anymore. I guess i lost my money.....

Ordered 2 paintings. After 3 weeks we received 1 but the colors are wrong. Much too dark. After 5 weeks now we stil haven’t received the second painting. We contacted several times. We received 1 mail in return but still no paintings!

Ordered a painting frame and it sucked a lot. Wood was falling off the frame and all the sides were different colors when I asked for a refund I got a discount for a next order instead.

The painting i received looks nothing like the picture. Which would have been okay if they would've shown picture of what their product looks like. But now i just bought a disappointing painting for quite some money.

The colors don't match at all! That shouldn't necessarily be a problem, but they are really ugly combined together. I ordered a painting called White Magnolias and what I got is actually grey magnolias on an ugly green-brown, with orange and phosphorescent green (!) background. I wish I could share pictures here.

UPDATE on the review: after contacting the company a couple of times, I got in touch with a friendly and helpful employee who saw the pictures I sent of their product and offered to compensate by sending me, for free, another painting of my choice. I chose a painting and I received it in a couple of days. The new painting is of very good quality and surely nothing compared to my initial order. So, all in all, they did sort the problem and I am happy with the solution!

I'm waiting for an order placed half december. Still nothing. They even couldn't tell where the package was.
After request for payback, nothing.
No more ordering.

This is drop-shipping from China, so it may take some weeks before your order arrives. The product arrived damaged, with a completely wrinkled canvas. Customer service advised to iron the canvas but I preferred to have my money back (it was a present for somebody else and I did not want to give a damaged present. We eventually tried to iron the canvas but it was so badly wrinkled that this did not work). Eventually they told me I could keep the damaged product and they would refund within 5 days, but they did not. After additional emails they refunded the full amount. I would not order here again though.

Awful service, just some company who’s doing drop shipping. “7 days” delivery, I’m already waiting for 20 days. Last time I ordered here..

I found out later its just a dropship company and could better order myself at ali express since it basically does the exact same thing. They are cheap, but ali express is even 5 times cheaper. Lesson learned! Since most comes from china i expect long waiting time :(

7 days delivery mentioned on the site is a pure lie, also different ranges are written on different pages...

I already ordered 3 times at Your painting world and I am enjoying a lot this new hobby of painting by numbers. The quality of the canvas and paint are very good. I am very happy with it!!
